Stayed here for 1 night whilst in Manchester to meet friends. Room was decent and comfortable. Bathroom had bath and shower. Everything very clean. Ground floor is open plan with reception, bar and sitting areas plus separate area for dining. This hotel serves for Manchester airport stays and has packages for leaving your car.
Close to the airport, fairly clean, reception staff Veronica were brilliant; the night shift worker Aaron was very accommodating providing coffee sachets and milk when we asked. Smooth check out. Cons: drinks on bar on the dearer side as well as lack of staff
That was a lovely stay! The room was quite nice with a small terrace to watch the beauty of the shades of the green. 1000 THANKS goes to dear CHARLOTTE from the reception for her kindness and supportive approach! I enjoyed my stay a lot and would go again. Just a small request for the breakfast: I want to see more cheese and olives next time :)
I promised myself I'd never stay here again. So naturally, here I am. For two nights. Because my colleague booked it. I'm genuinely baffled as to how this hotel has any stars at all. At £100+ per night, I was expecting at least a hint of luxury. Instead, I got a masterclass in managing expectations. My 'Premium' room introduced me to a fascinating new concept: negative cleanliness. The décor appears to be inspired by a forgotten motorway service station circa 1987, and there's no air conditioning. Breakfast is actually okay. Not great, but okay. The highlight? Filter coffee only. Because apparently espresso technology hasn't reached this part of the world yet. The garden is lovely if you're into outdoor activities such as counting cigarette butts or playing "guess what that stain used to be." Honestly, there are far, far better hotels in Manchester city centre. Park your car, jump on a train for 10 minutes, and enjoy somewhere that doesn't make you question your life choices. Final note to self: JASON, DON'T STAY HERE AGAIN. See you next year, apparently. ⭐⭐😒
Whenever I work in Manchester, I stay here because of the location and close proximity to the network of motorways. There is parking but you need to pay for this now. The customer service is very good, and they’re very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and there is a good selection at breakfast. I’ve eaten a couple of times in the hotel restaurant and the food is decent. You have the choice of some good restaurants in Handforth which is a 10 min walk, a nice Italian, Chinese, Greek or Indian restaurants. You also get free access to Total Fitness which has amazing swimming pools, jacuzzis, steam and sauna rooms and gym facilities. I recommend this hotel
