Xinhua International Hotel

The location is not very strategic, as it is quite far from IFS. Mobile network coverage is unstable at times. The facilities are also not very Muslim-friendly. Other than that, the stay was acceptable.

The best hotel I’ve stayed during our china vacation. The room is spacious, the toiletries complete, there is kimono as well. Breakfast has lots of varieties, best value hotel!

The staff here were very helpful, patient, and went out of their way to make this hotel experience positive for us. We found a bug in the first room we were given, and requested a room change. They did so immediately and notified the management of the issue. The room was spacious and comfortable, though we couldn't seem to close the windows. The staff spoke adequate English to help us, but they still tolerantly allowed me to practice my Chinese. The location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk from IFS mall and subway, in a bustling pedestrian area filled with shops and food.

I stayed here for 6 nights and was impressed with many aspects. Great location – The hotel is very close to the Chunxi Road shopping area and easily accessible by public transportation. If you’re into shopping or just want to explore one of Chengdu’s most vibrant neighborhoods, this place is a great choice.
