I came here with my family. We were so impressive with this hotel service. Our rooms were up graded. They also offered late check out. Receptions were very good service mind. Rooms were cleaned well, no smoking smell in the room. (We were on floor 12).
There is a living room , two beds and two televisions, that really amazed me compared to hotels in other places. The decoration and environment aren’t luxurious, but it gives me a comfortable and clean environment to rest and enjoy my stay there . The breakfast has various options and fruits are fresh .The bathroom was separated from the washroom, that can keep the room dry . Overall , this is the best hotel I’ve ever been ,I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone no matter they are going on a family trip or a business trip when they go to chengdu.
The location is not very strategic, as it is quite far from IFS. Mobile network coverage is unstable at times. The facilities are also not very Muslim-friendly. Other than that, the stay was acceptable.
The staff here were very helpful, patient, and went out of their way to make this hotel experience positive for us. We found a bug in the first room we were given, and requested a room change. They did so immediately and notified the management of the issue. The room was spacious and comfortable, though we couldn't seem to close the windows. The staff spoke adequate English to help us, but they still tolerantly allowed me to practice my Chinese. The location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk from IFS mall and subway, in a bustling pedestrian area filled with shops and food.
I stayed here for 6 nights and was impressed with many aspects. Great location – The hotel is very close to the Chunxi Road shopping area and easily accessible by public transportation. If you’re into shopping or just want to explore one of Chengdu’s most vibrant neighborhoods, this place is a great choice.
