Bad service ordered water for three times non of the mineral water was delivered. Food at level 3 sucks. Does not worth the name of the best hotel in Yunnan. I don't give the dam on technology in the room the layout of the restroom is funny as well. Open concept. Never will come to Yunnan again. Room was dam bloddy warm that is impossible to sleep even when the ai con is switch on with windows open.
The room was great!
There's a RT-Mart, Luckin Coffee, McDonald's, and Watsons downstairs, and there's also a tent hot pot place, very convenient! 👍
I have to save this!
The hotel was clean and comfortable; I had a great experience staying for three days. If you need more water, you can ask someone to deliver it. Takeout can be left on the first floor for self-pickup. There is also a free self-service laundry and dryer.
Rooma are spacious and clean.
Everything is in Mandarin. The smart tech in rooms are catered for mandarin speaking guests only. The hotel should be more ‘tourist friendly’. Aircond in room is pre set to ‘heat’ and there’s no way to change to ‘cold’ when it gets too hot except to open the windows.
