In terms of location, this hotel is unbeatable. Of course, it has the standard clean, quiet room, acceptable breakfast, free self-serve laundry, high rise beautiful view from the 29/F (hotel lobby), etc, it's tiny hotel entrance makes the hotel look cheap.
Stayed May 2026. Excellent experience, hotel room overlooking Liberation Monument, about as central in the city is you can get. Lovely hotel room and great facilities including free pool table, foosball, gym and clothes washing machines. Really helpful and friendly staff, especially grateful to Edward who helped return some items we accidentally left in the hotel, what a star.
Disappointed. Very loud noises. I believe that if there are no alternative rooms available, the hotel should at least offer a discount for rooms with such issues. The reception staff were not very welcoming and not very communicative, and their English proficiency was quite limited. The rooms themselves were good, but the view and especially the noise completely spoiled the overall experience.
Superbly happy with this hotel! Very new, clean and spacious. Best service from Rumi Liu at the check in counter. Location is the best! Steps away from the monument. Tons of eateries steps away - shops along the pedestrian streets and shopping malls. Hotel has an entrance front accessible to vehicles. Perfect for Didi rides and luggage logistics. 👍👍👍👍👍
I would like to share my appreciation for Tyler from the concierge team. During my stay, I accidentally wrote the wrong address for a delivery and the parcel was sent to another hotel under the same brand but at a different location. Tyler immediately stepped in to help. He took the initiative to contact the logistics company and communicate with them on my behalf, patiently working through the issue until it was resolved. What impressed me even more was the environment he was working in at the time. Several other guests were giving loud instructions and some were even trying to cut the queue to get his attention. Despite the chaotic and noisy situation, Tyler remained calm, patient, and extremely polite to everyone. He handled the situation with great professionalism and composure. The next day when he saw me again, he even remembered my situation and kindly asked whether I had managed to collect my parcel. Since it was our last day, he also took the time to recommend some nice local food spots for my husband and me, which was a thoughtful touch. His positive attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. Our entire stay at the hotel was wonderful, and Tyler’s exceptional service made it even more memorable. He is a great example of outstanding hospitality and customer service.
