Niccolo Chengdu

I had an amazing stay at The Niccolo Chengdu, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. What made this visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise from the hotel. Without me mentioning anything, the team noticed that it was my birthday and surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake waiting in my room. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality turned my birthday into a very special memory. The hotel's location is outstanding. It is conveniently connected to the IFS shopping mall and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Chengdu. Everything about the hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained, with luxurious amenities and a very comfortable bed. The lobby is stunning, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an excellent selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, all beautifully presented and of outstanding quality. Thank you to the entire Niccolo Chengdu team for making my birthday so special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and will definitely choose to stay here again.

What an amazing stay! We stayed 3 nights for leisure. Stella at the front desk was so friendly and spoke really well English making our check in very smooth. They even went above and beyond to give us a surprise for our anniversary trip, it was really sweet of them. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The facility and room was very clean, spacious and bright!! The AC was nice and cool for the hot summer months! Each night they left a cute little relaxing gift during turndown service. One night it was a steam eye mask, another was a night pillow spray, super thoughtful. The hotel is conveniently located in a mall, there's so much to do at a quick walking distance. The breakfast selection was amazing and at a great value. It was a great mix of Chinese and western cuisine. We will definitely stay again and at this hotel brand- what a great value, location and lovely hotel.

I had a truly memorable stay at Niccolo Chengdu. From the moment I arrived, I loved the décor and the warm feeling at reception. I also really appreciate hotels where guests can sit down during check in. It makes the arrival feel more relaxed, more personal, and more welcoming. The hotel has a very unique location, and I enjoyed the facilities a lot. One of my favourite areas was the indoor garden, which gives the property a special atmosphere and a real sense of calm. The room was very specious and such a comfy bed. During my stay, we had a small dinner event at the hotel. I arrived late and missed part of the dinner, but the banquet team still made sure I received the full 5 course menu, which was later delivered to my room. This was a real wow moment for me. It showed genuine care and great hospitality. On my second night, I also tried the late night room service, which for me is always a good way to test a hotel. I ordered the burger, a classic room service choice, and it was so good that after the first bite, I seriously considered ordering a second one. It was full of flavour, well prepared, and exactly what you want from late night dining in a luxury hotel. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection. For international travellers, I feel there could be a little more Western variety, but overall, the main basics were there and the experience was very pleasant. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a strong sense of style, thoughtful service, excellent facilities, and some very special hospitality moments. I left with very good memories and would be happy to return.

I stayed at Niccolo Hotel Chengdu yesterday and had a fantastic experience. Every staff member—from the porter to the front office—was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. The turndown service was a lovely touch, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Overall, it was a fabulous stay, and I’d happily return.
