Stayed 2 nights - overall good experience, decent buffet breakfast and clean room. Location is lousy, only few shops nearby.

I have stayed here for 2 nights. First night was ok however the shower toilet door couldn't close properly so when having shower water flowed through. Then the sink stopper was stuck could not open. On my 2nd night, one of my pillows were taken away not sure why??? Then I wanted to withdraw some money, having read at the hotel website saying there is an atm facility...went to ask the reception...couldn't understand English....OMG!!!..then the other girl said there is no atm here have to go outside??? Went outside NOTHING!!! Should not be a 5 star...probably 3 and a half to 4 stars
