We chose this hotel for its views of Yulong Snow Mountain and it did not disappoint. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to a loft suite on the 17th floor with a beautiful mountain view. One downside—the wind at night was quite strong and audible when on the top floor.
The loft layout offers more space but may not suit guests with mobility issues due to stairs. The lower level has a small kitchenette, bathroom and living area, while the upper level includes the bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub, rainforest shower, and smart toilet. The bed was comfortable, and Wi-Fi was decent.
The pool and warm jacuzzi were standout features. Breakfast, however, was disappointing—limited service, inattentive staff, and inconsistent food quality (e.g., lukewarm noodle broth). Service overall at the restaurant fell below expectations for this level of hotel.
On the positive side, concierge lead, Ginna—was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from the ancient town but close to Lijiang Romance Park.
Overall, great views and facilities, but service—especially at breakfast needs major improvement.

We spent two nights at Hilton Lijiang. The welcome was great, especially thanks to Richard Li at the front desk — always smiling, attentive, and highly professional. He handled every request (like buying us the glacier park tickets) with care and warmth. Special thanks as well to Eric Wang in the restaurant, who provided impeccable service and made every breakfast a pleasure with his kindness and thoughtful gestures. Pool was huge (you need to wear a swimming cap around 3€). Thanks to both of them, our stay was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

I booked 2 king bed rooms for 3 people and they were both upgraded to suites. I was welcomed with fruit and nuts for the diamond status. The room is large and clean and has two floors like a loft. Since the executive lounge is not open, I am compensated with 200 yuan dining credit. This place is a perfect choice for vacation.
