The suite that we had for eight nights was immaculately clean, and nicely equipped for our extended stay on a 240 hour transit without visa. The kitchen and laundry machine in suite was a great benefit for our travel needs. The daily housekeeping was efficient and the room was spotless. We did not opt for the breakfast. The pool on the 7th floor was very nice. With the great location, it was easy to get to the central sights by walking. I got a headcold during my stay, and one of the staff went well above and beyond any expectations. The nice lady walked to the pharmacy with my wife to make sure she got the best medicine. I was feeling better within a day thanks to this kindness and support. The Didi app made taxi service easy, with the pickup and drop off location listed as Chengdu Grand Parcvue Hotel Apartment (Chunxi Road Taikoo Li Branch). The apartments also are listed on some mapping apps as InterContinental Residences Chengdu, in Yanlord Plaza. On Google Maps the drop-off location is marked as Yandai Alley 烟袋巷. The Google Maps and subsequent Hotels - Expedia pinpoint is currently showing the hotel is in Zhongtie Celebrity Building 中铁名人大厦 which is on Renmin Road, but this is due to Google data not aligning with GPS coordinates due to the American search engine. The hotel is across the street from the Furong Guocui Chuanjuxiu (Sichuan Opera Theater) 四川省川剧院 on Yandai Lane. The Yanlord Landmark Plaza Parking Lot 仁恒置地广场-停车场 pin on Google Maps is another pinpoint

Grand ParcVue Hotel Chengdu - Review: Excellent access to all locations. Cleanliness impeccable in both common areas, facilities and our suite, with only exception being mouldy smell in sauna area and unclean cushions in reception area. Spacious room. Attention was paid to every detail, staff was exceptional for the most part with particular mention to the following. Lisa at reception provided excellent service in helping to organise our day trip to the mountains as well as proactively making suggestions during our stay and accompanied one of us to the pharmacy for assessment and medication. Her English competency was very beneficial. Michael the butler was always eager to assist with a warm smile and sense of humour. Coco, our housekeeper, was very thorough and pro-active. The breakfast staff were always attentive, accomodating, and quick. We especially enjoyed our warm welcome every morning at the dining entrance and Jessica who went beyond her role to passionately support our attempts at Chinese pronunciation. The quality of the breakfast was consistent with a good variety of western and local dishes. We also mention the reception and heir helpfulness including Doris who assisted us with our check-out.
Grand ParcVue Chengdu completely exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, easy to get around and well placed for exploring the city, which made the whole stay even more convenient. The facilities were a highlight for me, especially the sauna and cold plunge pool, perfect for recovery since I was in town for a Hyrox race. The 24 hour business lounge was also a great space for our group to gather. What really set this hotel apart was the service. The front liners, waitresses, and butler team went above and beyond, from helping us set up Meituan and JD accounts to personally delivering Taobao parcels to our rooms. When we left items behind after checkout, they arranged everything to be sent back to us. Housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout, and breakfast had a fantastic variety including freshly squeezed juices. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great location, excellent facilities, and genuinely caring service.
Stayed at this hotel apartment twice, one week each stay. Great location, with a mall attached to it with all sorts of food and services like Thai massage (recommend! Can get deals from Dianping), hair salon, and more, with the metro just around the corner (go via the path that goes pass family mart), maybe 5 min walk. The first week I had the suite (xx13) and it was a nice one bedroom size unit. The second was the king deluxe, (xx04) which was basically a studio. Both great in their own ways and it all just depends on how space you needed. I didn’t cook (too much of a hassle and just cheaper also to order/eat out) but since I was there for a little bit, it was nice to have access to a fridge, microwave, and own washer and dryer. Also, after a long day, it was also nice to come back to something more like a home than just a hotel room. The cleaning ladies were all very kind and despite the language barrier, I speak very basic Mandarin, they were quick and proficient with the translation apps. If there is a complaint it would be how slow the front desk was to response to WeChat (least compared to other hotels). If this can improve, I think it will be better. Either way, I’d be back next time in Chengdu.
Had a very nice and comfortable stay here. Front desk staff (Tina Zhang & Queena Li) were very helpful and friendly, with my online deliveries and recommendations for places to visit and eat. Overall, hotel staff I met were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. The washer/dryer was useful as I was on a 10 day trip. Laundry detergent inclusive. Kitchenette was clean and well equipped. Quiet environment for restful sleep. Breakfast, although not a very large spread, was of good quality. Staff were efficient in stocking up the food and keeping the restaurant clean. Note : the location of the hotel displayed on Google Maps is incorrect. Use the hotel's address or a China mapping service for and accurate location. I will stay here again.
