Functional hotel, but not particularly memorable. Breakfast was decent, with an okay sized spread. The tents outside the dining hall were a cute touch, but the upholstered chairs were dirty, so we opted to dine indoors. Picked the hotel hoping that it would be convenient to catch our fast train out of the city the next afternoon, but it still took 15 minutes by Didi though the map showed it was only 2.7km away (felt like we had to make a huge U-turn because of the traffic grid layout).

It's quite far from the main urban area, next to the Western China International Expo City, and there are very few dining options nearby; it's mostly construction sites. The decor is the new Four Points style, and the suite even has a massage chair, which is pretty good.
