Our family recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of Chunxi Road, restaurants, shopping and many of Chengdu’s attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a great variety (7-10am), and every staff member we met was warm, friendly and welcoming, despite the sweltering summer heat outside! What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the genuine hospitality we experienced. A special thank you to Kiki Wang, who went far beyond what we would ever expect from hotel staff. Before we had even arrived, she patiently answered our many questions, researched sightseeing options for our family, and even secured Panda Valley tickets for us by paying for them upfront with her own money to make sure we didn’t miss out. The evening before our Panda Valley visit, she was still replying to our messages late into the night, after she had finished work, helping to organise transport for our large family group. Throughout our stay, Kiki was always happy to help, no matter how big or small our questions were. Her kindness, initiative and genuine care made us feel less like hotel guests and more like friends visiting Chengdu for the first time. We’ve stayed at many Marriott hotels over the years, but this level of service was truly exceptional. Thank you, Kiki Wang, and the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi, for making our family’s first visit to Chengdu such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. It was also spacious, with a great layout and plenty of room to relax. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Breakfast buffet was not the best I've had but there was a good array of food. The room itself was huge and the AC works perfectly. They upgraded the hotel room for us to a bigger corner suite which was nice. The bed was nice. Shower and toilet were fine. Loved how big it was. Service was not bad.
