I've been in this hotel for business in October 2025, and I found an angel. Her name is Molly, she is at the crown plaza winjiang chengdu guest relation office and she saved my life. I was just arrived from Europe and my credit card did not work, as well as Alipay. She tried to help me, and when we failed because of the my bank, she volunteered to pay my taxi to save me. I have rarely met in my life such a kind person. My stay at the hotel was really super, I will for sure come back here the next time that business will take me back to Chengdu.

Front staff was super accommodating and helpful. Appreciate them stretching the rule a bit for us. Minor cons and apple and orange compare... Lounge service and food is intercontinental global center. Appreciate the room upgrade . Easy 3 minutes didi to line 4 . ... wifi a lil slow

We were very disappointed at this hotel recently. When we arrived, the sink at bathroom was clogged and dirty, with water stains and rust throughout the bathroom. The door cannot close properly, so water leaked onto the floor during the shower. The bed sheets were not properly tidied up, and there were visible stains on the sofa. Therefore, we informed the front desk upon entering the room. A lady server checked the room and simply mentioned that the issues as “old fixtures” which is not being charged. She cleared up the minor stuff on the sink and reset the water sink button. However, she is not really to solve the problems. Her attitude was indifference and strange, who is not care about customer concerns and the hotel branding and hygiene qualities. This is the second time and the last time to visit this hotel, it is too far away as a five-star hotel.

The room conditions not well, need more maintenance and specially cleaning .. they changed the room for us .. but over all we are talking about chain hotel.. i did not like the gyp equipment ver old, but over all its comfortable hotel … thanks alot for hospitality
