Fantastic hotel with exceptional service! The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of customizable options. The bar served great Julius Meinl coffee and had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, even surprising me with a birthday cake. The concierge team was incredibly helpful with reservations, and the Tai Chi class was a great experience. After checkout, they even helped recover and ship an important document I had forgotten in my room. Their kindness and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. We would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at the InterContinental Century City Chengdu and had an excellent experience. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated in decor. The lounge was fine, but nothing particularly special. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. May was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made my stay truly special. Her kindness and attentiveness made a lasting impression.

The location in the heart of Chengdu makes it perfect for exploring the city, while still offering a calm and luxurious atmosphere once you step inside. The rooms are beautifully designedspacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The bed was fantastic, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an impressive view of the city skyline. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and very well maintained. What stood out most was the service. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt smooth and personalized. It’s clear that hospitality here is taken seriously. The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent selection of both international and local dishes. Fresh ingredients, great variety, and a relaxed atmosphere made it a perfect way to start the day. Overall, the InterContinental Chengdu City Center combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service in one of the best locations in the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.
