Beautiful hotel with a great price and excellent service. The hotel is lovely, comfortable, and very good value for money.
A special thank you to Yunshi for being so kind and helpful, especially this morning when I had an issue with my transfer. He was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to help me. I really don’t know what I would have done without his support. He truly made a stressful situation much easier.

Management and staff was great and went beyond extraordinary measures to help. Room was very comfortable included many amenities, nicely decorated with Chinese decor. Location was convenient for walking and local transportation. Many local restaurants nearby. Overall a perfect stay. Looking forward to returning again.
Central location, no frills. We stayed briefly, so my opinion is biased.
Breakfast was so-so but acceptable. Rooms were spacious but a bit dated, but still acceptable.

Super great hotel, the service and quality is spectacular. They are very friendly to cyclist, which is amazing to see. They let us put our bicycles in their garage, and did so with a smile. They are very sweet, all of them, the rooms and building are beautiful, and it’s in an excellent location, right near Lijiang old town. They treated us with great care, and the price was excellent. We got excellent recommendations about what local food to try. There’s even some cute cats, and Koi fish in their garden, a fantastic hotel, and I can’t wait to come back. If you use Amap or Apple Maps to navigate to the location, it directs you to “Chunjiang hotel”.
