Customer service very bad No communication to each other ..we check in on 18/12-18/12 and pay one extra night on 19/12 @700RMB when we return from our trip we can not get in the room ‼️also our room it smell very bad look like someone in next room smoking 🚬 we also ask to change the room they Ok then after dinner we comeback against No communication 😡
I know the it a Chinese thing (no one speaks English .?Also they give us the gift and tell us to reviews 5star 5555..
Location very convenient, close to subway and 太古里。 room is well equipped and spacious. Best of all reception staff super friendly and knowledgeable, special mention to 馨迎 who was super helpful in our transportation to airport. Highly recommended this place. Will definitely stay here for all our Chengdu visits.
I can’t recommend this hotel.
We were traveling as a family and started our check-in at 430pm. They told us 3 of the 4 rooms weren’t ready yet because the previous guests were VIP and can check out at 6pm.
However, we can pay extra now to get rooms released to us.
This is incredible, as we paid for something and cannot receive it because.. the rooms we paid for happened to previously be occupied by VIPs..? Unacceptable.
Very nice hotel in the center of the Taikoo Li ChengDu. Had a very comfortable 3 night stay here, rooms good, staff polite and helpful.
Special thanks to Front Desk staff 鯨野, go extra mile to check and follow up on some pillow stuff.
As for 初弦. fews of us was not feeling well and we was being well taken care off.

Very fair price right next to 太古里。very clean room with self laundry facilities and free midnight snack meal. We stayed here 5 years ago, and we will stay here again the next time. Strongly recommended!
