I went in mid-June. I have so much to say about this place, but I know that for those who read this, it will be a great help in deciding whether or not to stay there. I'll tell you that from the moment you arrive at the hotel, you can tell they've paid attention to every detail. You can park your car to unload your luggage, and they give you a cart to make it easier to carry it. Once inside, we were greeted by the receptionist who works the afternoon shift; unfortunately, I don't remember her name (she's blonde and from Ezeiza). She has a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth. Throughout our stay, she treated us very well; it felt like being at home. She was very attentive and had a great way of speaking. Even before we left, she gave us a keychain that I use with great affection. When we entered the room, everything was perfect: the decor, the quality of the furniture and linens, the little touches, for example, the blanket to cover yourself when you go outside. Congratulations to the thoughtful people with such good taste; I admire them because I vacationed enjoying those little details that give me so much pleasure. They even greet you with a delicious little pastry for each member of your party. The breakfast was exquisite, nothing to be ashamed of as a buffet, with three or four options, all very complete. The coffee shop staff were very friendly, and the café itself is just as beautiful as Gluck. The heated pool was a delight; the water was super warm, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. At night, the lights are dim, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The living room—wow, what can I say? That fireplace is a real treat. I felt such pleasure sitting in the armchair drinking mate and listening to the crackling of the log as it burned. They even provide knitting supplies; I've never seen anything like it. You can tell the care they put into everything. The aromas throughout the place are wonderful, the personal hygiene products are very good, and the toilet paper is of excellent quality. The bathrobes... I loved them! They're honeycomb woven, very trendy, excellent quality, and the perfect size for an average person. I should mention that because bathrobes never fit me in hotels. I would definitely return. I have absolutely nothing negative to say; on the contrary, thank you for making me feel so welcome and for making me enjoy myself so much. I highly recommend this place. And if I have to talk about price, I'd say it's a bargain, considering everything they offer. I hope to see you again soon. Thank you for making my vacation perfect.

We had stayed at this hotel last year, and honestly, the experience was much better. That's why we decided to return. The hotel is nice, modern, functional, and has excellent heating, which is essential in a mountain destination. However, there are several aspects that don't live up to the price. Breakfast isn't included. There's a separate cafeteria that charges $15 per person, which we found excessively expensive for how basic it is. We were also surprised that the bedroom didn't have a television. The only TV is in the living room, and since we were traveling as a couple, we like to end the day watching a movie or series in bed. We ended up pushing the living room sofas together so we could watch TV, and we practically didn't use the bed during our entire stay, which was very uncomfortable. Last year, this detail went unnoticed because my partner was already staying there, and I only arrived on the last day. Besides, there was a lot of snow, and we spent the day skiing. This year, with no snow, we spent almost all our time inside the apartment, and that discomfort became very apparent. The entrance door opens directly into the living room and has gaps between the floorboards, so privacy isn't great either. The parking lot is a block away, in an open area that doesn't feel very secure. If you're traveling with a lot of luggage, be prepared to walk. Although they offer a luggage cart, it's impractical with several suitcases. They also didn't offer to take some of our luggage up to the apartment while we waited for the rest of the group to arrive, so we had to spend quite a bit of time in the lobby. We requested to modify the reservation in advance, but it wasn't possible. We understand that each hotel has its own policies, but we felt there was no willingness to consider alternatives in an exceptional situation. In our case, the service was very impersonal and distant. The poor quality of service ultimately overshadowed a stay that, given the facilities, could have been very good.
Excellent location, the rooms are extremely comfortable with plenty of space and storage for all your belongings. Just steps from the city center, everything is within easy reach, and there's parking less than 100 meters away. The bathroom is comfortable and has everything you need. There's a heated outdoor pool. The TV has smart connections so you can watch whatever you want. One minor criticism: the shower screen should be longer to prevent water from splashing everywhere after a shower. The service is superb, and the breakfast is very convenient.
Spacious, clean elegance, professional service. Great views from the balcony, nice pool, great rooms. Everything was perfect.
Amazing and cozy hotel with kitchen, breakfast included and all the amenities in Villa La Angostura! Highly recommended!!
