Great location. Bedroom and bathroom great size. Luca was very friendly and made it aware that he would be available to answer any questions or provide information. Luca kindly provided us with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our Anniversary.

I loved absolutely everything about this place!! Luca was an amazing and very welcoming host. The hotel is in a great spot - walking distance from the center, but in a quiet, safe area. My room was huge! The bed was so comfortable that it made it hard to get up in the morning! The room also had great AC, strong wifi, a nice big bathroom, and an espresso machine and milk foamer for lattes and a mini fridge stocked with food! Beyond that, there is a common kitchen area, which Luca makes clear is for the guests - the fridge is stocked with snacks, drinks, meats and cheeses, etc! Plus, there is a beautiful dining area on the terrace to enjoy your drinks/snacks. Really can’t speak highly enough about this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in Catania!

Luca is a fantastic host. He Connor do enough for any of his guests. Keeping in touch through your stay via WhatsApp. The apartment was great and in an excellent location to walk into heart of the town. The room was lovely with a balcony onto the street. Very traditional Italian building and would fully recommend. With the great weather we made use of the roof top Terrance to relax during our stay.

This is THE b&b to stay in, when visiting Catania. I never leave reviews, but Luca deserved this one. His communication with you is excellent. Extremely attentive. He meets you at the b&b and will accommodate your arrival time. Don't let the exterior of the building sway you. Inside, everything is new and modern. Luca will give you a full tour of your room, the building amenities, the city of Catania, etc. You get your own key and the only people allowed inside the building, are renters. If I ever have the pleasure of returning to Catania, I will most definitely be staying with Luca. Thank you again for your hospitality!
