Here’s a polished version that keeps the review firm and clear: This tour and transport company was absolutely horrible. We booked our transfer 2 days in advance, yet never received any confirmation or communication from them—not 24 hours before, not the night before, and not even on the day of our arrival. Once we landed, we called and messaged the company multiple times, but received no response whatsoever. We ended up walking around the airport with our heavy luggage trying to find their sign or representative, but could not locate anyone. Airport security and police even assisted us by trying to contact the company, and there was still no answer on their phones. After waiting for approximately 1.5 hours, we contacted Viator, who also attempted to reach the company and could not get a response. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially after booking and paying in advance. We ultimately booked a WeTaxi at the airport and transferred to Marrakech for the same price, and had no issues. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the stress and look for another transportation provider.

This was a great experience! My flight from Casablanca to Marrakech got canceled so I booked this a day before my scheduled trip. My driver was waiting for me outside the airport, communicated well and did a wonderful job driving! As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. He provided water and great AC. Definitely worth it!

After a rocky start - driver went to Rolex hotel instead of Relax, and I thinking I was on a shuttle wound up on the hotel shuttle to the airport 😱 But Airport Shuttle Driver was able to contact transport to Marrakech driver and all wound up OK!

Most unprofessional company ever, left us stranded although we had confirmed with them the night before via whatsapp. They were supposed to take our family of 6 casablanca-marrakesh. They didn't even bother to call in the morning to cancel and when I called to check on them since they were late they finally responded and said they cancelled and they then blocked my number. A professional company would not have left us with no alternative. We had to book a train last minute and arrived very late to marrakesh. Do yourself a favor and do not even think of booking here.

The transfer didn’t show up inspite of us confirming the day before . He canceled on us when we called him at the time of the trip . He sent a WhatsApp message saying sorry my car is broken and I will refund your money. He blocked us after that didn’t even allow us to talk to him. Or offer any advice for how to go to Marrakesh. We were left stranded in Casablanca and we had to do last minute arrangements which wasted our entire day.

Driver Soufiane Afashi was forever on the phone. Looking up phone numbers while driving. He wasnt prepared. Stopped for water. Then for fuel. Trip took 3 hrs and 40 minutes rather than 3 it took to go from Marrakesh to Casablanca. The tour company has been great up till now. We've toured allover Morocco with them and everyone was great until this driver. And to top it off he didn't know where we were going until we got to Marrakesh and needed directions from us.

He shared a nice Bakery Cafe stop on the way that had great coffee, pastries and atmosphere. Amine has a wealth of Moroccan history and knowledge, which he kindly shared with us. A comfortable and relaxing drive with great view along the way from Casablanca airport to Marrakech. The driver, Amine, was already waiting for us with the Mercedes Vito at the airport even though our flight landed much earlier than scheduled. The 2.5 hour trip was mostly on a smooth highway with the view of the landscape along the way. From green landscape outside Casablanca to the red desert all the way to Marrakech, dotted with olive plantations. Half way we stopped for a (toilet) break at a petrol/gas station. Long enough to stretch legs and buy some fresh drinks. The car was spacious and very comfortable. This trip is highly recommended.

I felt reassured by the polite exchange. Taking the train to Casablanca, and while there are train options from Casablanca to Marrakech, this section seems to have frequent delays, and since I also have to think about getting from Marrakech station to my accommodation, I was able to achieve comfort, even with some traffic jams, which was the perfect choice, especially because I really wanted to tour the Fna Square at night. The driver was a kind person, so I was relieved and safe.
