It’s very convenient to transfer to Rabat from Casablanca Airport with a reasonable price. It’s highly recommended to use this service.

The drive from Casablanca to robot was fine. However, the driver was late, spoke almost no English, and had no water for me, all of which was promised in the booking.. I don’t know if the responsibility for any of that is with Viator or with the company that provided the Driver.

Everything went just like clockwork, we arrived on a flight to Casablanca, messaged the driver who was at the airport. Met them outside at the agreed location and off we went.

It is good to prearrange a pick up at the Casablanca Mohammed Airport. When you exit there are hundreds of people waiting.. and it could be very confusing if you don’t rearrange this. My driver Anwar was great.!! It only took about an hour and a half to get to. Rabat. He was very friendly and polite, and he helped me get the luggage to my hotel which was down a very narrow alley and would’ve been very confusing… the transfer cost US$138 but well worth the money spent to not negotiating with a taxi driver you nothing about.

The pick up and drive was efficient and safe. The driver was confused on what hotel we needed to be dropped off at. given we didn't know the language and he didn't know much English it was a bit confusing. We got there. Was hoping we would have been able to ask him some questions on the country etc but it wasn't bill as a tour. We got to Rabat quickly and safely.

I felt safe and learned much about Morocco on the way. My driver was friendly and respectful. I would recommend this driver.

Very quick trip from Casablanca to Rabat. Good driver. The road is quite crowded and there is lots of construction delays, but the driver knew the best routes and lanes that move more quickly.

It was easy to communicate with the driver about pick up space. I felt safe on the ride to Rabat. The car was not as big as I had hoped but we had two people in bags and we fit in the car. Lots of traffic.

Provider was very communicative, reaching out a week or so before we left the US to make sure we were in contact. AWFUL! We paid to be met at the assigned location. We kept the company updated. No one was there with a sign to meet us. It was extremely upsetting especially considering our age. We had to call Private Taxi Rabat after waiting too long for the driver. There were no apologies from them. They sent someone who had a sign with my name spelled incorrectly! I cannot use them again nor can I use Viator to book transport since their agent was so unreliable. We will get our hotel to book our return ride to the Casablanca airport. We want a transport company that can be trusted.

This was a great way for us to get from Casablanca airport to our hotel in Rabat. Our driver was very good at communicating-made our pick up very simple.

As a sole female traveler, I felt very safe using this private transfer service. Make sure you have WhatsApp as they will contact you via the App ahead of time. And they will let you know the driver’s name and where to meet upon arrival. The car was spacious and clean. Driver was professional and got me to Rabat safely.

Reliable transfer in luxury vehicles; we did two transfers from Sale (next to Rabat) to Casablanca airport (approx. 1 1/2 hr). One in a brand new Mercedes minivan (because we were with four persons). Easy booking with communication through whatsapp for the details.

We had a fantastic driver who met us at the airport in Casablanca and drove us to our hotel in Rabat. He was an excellent driver and made a stop for coffee that we requested.
