The initial meeting was not good, our private car assigned to another party. But it turned lucky as we got Samer as our guide, driver, photographer. He got us into Rick's, we tasted oranges at the market. The mosque was amazing.

Achraf was a great guide for our private tour. He tailored the experience for us and showed us what we wanted to see throughout Casablanca. Thank you!
It was a very rough start, we were walked several blocks to a van, no explanation to where we were going or anything, there was no sign for us to follow. We were driven to the mosque and got out, again no explanation. The driver was on his phone I assume to find out what to do. We were taken to the entrance and had to fight our way through the melee to get in. We stood around not knowing what was going on. Then we were given a bag and told to take off our shoes. A guide from the mosque took us as part of a large group and showed us around the mosque. Because it was such a big group it was difficult to hear him at times. The mosque was lovely. After the tour we went outside and again had no idea what to do. We stuck with some others in our group and eventually decided we should walk to where the bus let us off. The rest of the group was waiting there for us. We did not know we were supposed to go to the bus??? Things did improve after the mosque. We finally had a guide. He was great, personable and knowledgeable. He used his hat as a sign for us to follow which was appreciated. The 5 minute stop to take a photo of the outside of Rick's Cafe was unnecessary - what is the point of taking a photo of the outside of a building? Overall the tour felt unplanned and scattered. Probably could have had the same experience hiring a taxi for the day.
Our guide Sabre was very knowledgeable. He gave a detailed tour of Casablanca. Recommend him very highly.
We arrived in Casablanca early morning and were looking for a fun and interesting activity to occupy our time before staring on a small group tour the following day. This private guided tour of Casablanca did not disappoint and Anas was a great guide who made sure we hit the highlights but was also flexible when we requested a more bespoke approach to seeing this beautiful city. I highly recommend this private tour.
Great day exploring Casablanca - highly recommend.
Good value for money. Great knowledge and experience throughout. Good group and atmophere Defo recommend
Mohammed was an amazing tour guild very knowledgeable highly recommend like tour. We were only in Casablanca for the day this tour gave us a great overview
sabri is a great guide. We really enjoyed the tour
We booked a private tour as we have some mobility issues. However our tour had 14 people in it. Each group thought they were a private tour. But the mosque was very interesting
The experience was truly enriched by such a well-informed and professional companion. Every request was met with a gracious and helpful attitude that made the entire process seamless. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring a positive and memorable encounter. The lighthearted approach maintained throughout the day brought a wonderful energy to the surroundings. Everything was handled with such care and expertise that it left a lasting, favorable impression.
Mr Sabri is very patient and nice, he shares us good view and made us have a good memory. Thanks for this “premium transfer and tours”travel agency and our driver and tour guide today.
The guide and driver were great but lots of driving around in traffic and not much to see. I would just to a mosque tour and skip the rest of the tour
Our guide, Sabry was simply amazing! He guided us through the mosque and then took us and showed us all of Casablanca including the food, the different areas and the corniche. He really was super cheerful, light and extremely welcoming! Thank you for the amazing amazing first day in Morocco 🇲🇦
Once we got got off the bus at United Nations Square (designated meet up point) to begin the tour, there didn't seem to be any organization. No one seemed to know where to go or who was in charge. By word of mouth, we found others who were on the same tour and we collectively wandered around as a group hoping to find the tour company representative. We eventually we put in small groups and loaded onto 15 passenger vans and went to the mosque. At the entrance to the mosque compound, once again, no one seemed to know what we were supposed to do. We were eventually provided a local guide, who was a young lady. We walked several hundred yards to the entrance of the mosque and were told to wait. It was extremely hot outside as we waited in an open area with no shade in sight. The young lady guiding our group got snippy at times and after several minutes of waiting, while dozens of other groups were also trying to get into the mosque, my wife started getting dizzzy from the heat, so we said forget it and walked back to the mosque compound entrance to wait for that portion of the tour to end. After 45 minutes of waiting, we messaged the tour operator and asked where the van was (there were dozens of vans and buses waiting along the side of the street). The driver came and found us (thankfully!) and we finally get out of the heat. After everyone found there way back to the van, 12 out of 14 people in the van (including my wife and me) said we didn't want to finish the second half of the tour (going to the market), and they took us back to United Nations Square. I've been on dozens of excursions - this was hands down the very worst excursion experience I've ever had.
Chafik is an incredible host. Speaks spanish!!!
Our guide Sabri was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and best of all efficient! We went straight to the Hassan ll Mosque, skipped the cue, and had a great tour of the magnificent mosque. Sabri then took us to each different neighborhood and several sites. He customized the tour to our needs. So safe and informative!
Prompt pick up from our hotel. Lovely friendly guide with good English. Arranged tour of mosque which was a bit chaotic, but eventually had an interesting tour of the awesome structure. Continued tour around Casablanca, including iconic Ricks Cafe, but my highlight was stop in bakers & coffee to follow.
This tour is a wonderful introduction to Morocco and Casablanca. It was the perfect start to my trip. The guide Yosef, was knowledgeable, kind, and took pride in his country and the city. We went at our own pace, never any pressure and very SAFE driving. I highly recommend the tour and Yosef as the guide.
Great experience with Savri. He is very knowledgeable.
Learned a lot about Casablanca and saw most of the city. The tout guide was great and informative
It said private tour but it was a small group. Read the small print! Still a wonderful tour. It was great being picked up and dropped off at our apartment.
The car The driver And places to visit were perfect Ssdly no guide Driver did he job well Left me to each place after explaining as he had to park and be in his car Mosque i had 5 guides changed finally found the right one This tour is guide less at times so be cautious
Knowledgeable and friendly tour guide who was very thoughtful and accommodating. Comfortable vehicle. Viator need to update wording though (not the fault of our guide). "Relive the nostalgic charm of Rick's Café with a cup of Moroccan tea." This does not happen, it is a quick photo op from outside.
Amazing experience with Samir. Very knowledgeable and accommodating for our interests. We saw so much of Casablanca that we would have missed.
Excellent tour from start to finish. Svra was a wonderful guide, full of information. The Mohammed II mosque was definitely the highlight of the day.
It was very good. We saw a lot of the highlights.
Our guide was amazing. Very informative about Moroccan culture and history and took very good care of us
Our guide was excellent. Took us to all the sites and very stress free. Very comfortable car.
Wonderful day out with Barhoumi. Thoroughly enjoyed his extensive knowledge of his city and keeping us safe at all times. Highly recommended.
Abdal is a great guide! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
Sabri was the best guide one could ever ask for, he was very friendly communicative and informative. There is no better way to get to know Casablanca.
Excellent tour, showed different parts of the city, enjoyed the mosque, markets and shoreline
Hamid did a great job describing the city, loved the city tour and the tour of Hassan II mosque. Will definitely recommend!
Great tour. Enjoyed the sights.
Great hospitality and overall experience. Would strongly recommend!
Abdellatif was vey good guide. He was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good information. We would definitely recommend him
Great value for money and recommend to all
The guide shared minimal information
I booked this private Casablanca tour twice. My daughter’s flight was delayed, causing her to miss the first tour, so I booked it again to give her the opportunity to experience the Hassan II Mosque, the medina and the other Casablanca highlights. Unfortunately, the two experiences were very different. The first tour was excellent and earned the five-star review I left on that booking. Our guide and driver made the experience informative, engaging and memorable. The second tour did not provide that same level of service. The itinerary was essentially the same, but the experience lacked the depth, context and engagement we received the first time. I actually found myself explaining more about the places we visited based on what I had learned during my original tour. The difference demonstrated just how important the assigned guide and driver are to the overall quality of this experience. The locations themselves—especially the Hassan II Mosque and the medina—are absolutely worth visiting. However, without a knowledgeable and engaging guide, the tour can feel more like transportation between stops than an immersive introduction to Casablanca. We ultimately decided to cut the second tour short and asked to be dropped off early. I know this company can provide an exceptional experience because I received one the first time. Unfortunately, the quality was not consistent across the two bookings. Based solely on our second experience, I would give this tour three stars.
I want to preference this review with the guides make a huge difference. I did this same tour two days later with daughter who arrived later than expected bc I loved it so much and the experience was not as good. So it can hit or miss. But this review is based on what I experienced the first time I took the tour. I wish I could recall the guide and driver’s name. They were great. Here’s my review with them. This private tour was the perfect introduction to Casablanca and one of the highlights of our time in Morocco. Over approximately four hours, we visited nine different locations and experienced an impressive mix of faith, history, architecture, culture and everyday community life. Because the tour was private, the experience felt personal, relaxed and well-paced. We were able to ask questions, take pictures and spend time appreciating each location without feeling rushed. The Hassan II Mosque was absolutely breathtaking. Its size, intricate artistry and location partly over the Atlantic Ocean gave it a huge wow factor. Learning about the prayer spaces, ritual washing and the enormous retractable roof—which opens to ventilate the mosque naturally—made the visit even more meaningful. We also visited Notre-Dame de Lourdes Church, where a choir was rehearsing beneath beautiful stained-glass windows. I had the opportunity to light a candle and leave my prayers at the Lourdes Grotto. Seeing sacred spaces representing different faith traditions made the day especially memorable. The former Sacred Heart Church was another beautiful and interesting stop. Our first medina experience allowed us to see another side of Casablanca. We explored the Habous Quarter, visited the colorful olive market, saw a neighborhood bakery and communal hammam, and toured a traditional Moroccan home. These stops helped us understand how food, faith, family, craftsmanship and community are woven into everyday life. We also stopped near the Royal Palace and visited Rick’s Café, giving us an incredibly varied view of the city. Our guide was informative, patient and helpful throughout the experience, and our driver made traveling between the locations comfortable and easy. This tour was an incredible ride from beginning to end. It gave us much more than a collection of beautiful sights—it provided context for what we were seeing and helped us better understand Casablanca’s people, traditions and culture. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Casablanca, especially if it is your first time in the city. It was personal, educational and truly sensational.
Pick up was on time, no problems. While the tour route itself had potential, the guide made the entire experience deeply uncomfortable. They had a very dominating personality, controlling every aspect of the tour for experiences at the planned sites. Additionally, the guide frequently went off-topic to share strong, objectifying views on subjects that had absolutely nothing to do with the tour. It felt entirely unprofessional and ruined what should have been a pleasant day out. I strongly suggest management looks into their guiding staff's conduct.
Great experience and tour with Adbo. Flexible tour, good knowledge of areas, driving very safe. I recommend.
Great way to spend a day seeing the sights No waiting to enter the mosque. Clear instructions about pickup and our driver was on time informative. Walked with us at several stops to explain the significance of the area.
Oussama is the best, very knowledgeable, smart and reliable. We got to see a bit of Morocco in just few hours and it was memorable. This is certainly worth coming back to. He treats you as a friend instead of just a customer. I really appreciate his guidance. Thank you OUSSAMA!!
Great tour. Everything went smoothly. Out guide Mohamed was friendly and knowledgeable
This was a great way for a first time visitor to see Casablanco. The Mosque is just amazing and well worth a visit. Our private tour get combined with others in a bigger group but it was just fine. The guide at the Mosque was extremely knowledgable. The scale of it is overwhelming. Beyond that, we saw various neighborhoods (some with incredible mansions). We also went to several lovely parks with views of the Mosque or other attractions. We toured some markets in different areas and saw glorius interiors of some of the building. Of particular note was one market had only vendors selling olives - and lot of them. For lunch, we bought some fresh sardines are a local fish market and took them to a nearby restaurant. They cooked them for us and also served a variety of side dishes. Delicious and so very different from the norm.
All the services have been punctual accurate and very customer care oriented. Communications were easy and the tour (sorry not to remember the team names) and the drivers were outstanding, literally. I want to thank mostly Oussama, who made my transfer from Casablanca to El Jadida a Queen experience. Thanks all to welcoming travelers this way, very appreciated and recommended
Our driver Mohammed Elberhoumi was excellent - punctual, safe, very knowledgeable and friendly. We covered everything on the itinerary including Hassan II Mosque, Old Medina, Rick's Café, Arab League Park, Notre Dame of Lourdes, Habbous Quarter, Mohammed V Square, United Nations Square and the Central Marketplace. Comfortable vehicle, well organized, great value. Highly recommend!
Driver Oussama was prompt , polite, had immaculate car and drove like Formula 1 driver:) We always felt safe in the car with driving. Guide Idar was funny, super smart regarding the history and local star ..he knew everybody. We spent the whole day with them in Marrakech and highly recommend both
