On time with a conscientious driver. Got us to the airport safely. We would recommend this service. It does cost more than a local taxi but the reliability and convenience outweigh the cost.
Our driver was on time, courteous, and kind. We arrived at the airport in time for our flight. All our expectations were met.
Easy to coordinate our airport transfer with the transportation company; they were very accommodating. Driver was on time and friendly.
The driver was 10 minutes late We were waiting in the lobby with suitcases and . I had to ask him if he was a driver ( which puts me in awkward position since he was dressed with a button down shirt and slacks nothing identifying him as a driver) because he walks into the lobby speaks to reception and heads back out. Once in the car heading to the airport, he tailgates other drivers and beeps them out the way. I hold that only a little against him because Moroccan drivers are aggressive. I give 3 stars because we arrived in one piece and the vehicle was very clean.
We were picked up on time. The driver was friendly and helped us carry our luggage to the car. He was a great driver. When we arrived at the terminal, he showed us where to go.
Our driver was on time, and got us to where we needed to go. What more needs to be said. Will use Viator again when traveling.
The driver was very pleasant. He helped me with my bags and played some wonderful music during my trip. Most importantly, he got me to the Airport on time, safe and sound!
He was pleasant drive. The driver was on time and he was a nice, respectful and courteous. We used the same company when we will come back to morocco
Easy setup, quick and clean shuttle. Driver was prompt and helpful. Made the trip easy and comfortable.
We had a morning international flight, so the driver was there to meet us at 6 a.m. promptly. He loaded up the luggage for us. The transport van was in great condition and the ride to the airport was uneventful. I would recommend the service.
The driver was nice enough, early for a 4:00 am pick-up, and the shuttle was in good shape. But he dropped us off at the wrong terminal, even after I told him we needed the other terminal. So, we ended up hauling all our stuff over. I expect that we pay a little extra thru booking services and to have the peace of mind that you're simply all set before your travels, but this was much more expensive than a local driver booked through our hotel would've been, and then to get left at the wrong terminal...? Eh. They can do better.
Our driver contacted us the day before to verify the pickup time, which was reassuring. And he came early!

Excellent! Prompt actually early, so very nice, helpful and professional in all aspects.

The driver was early and patient! and loaded us up and our gear easily. it was a comfortable trip and very simple and efficient.

Our driver didn’t speak any English. He dropped us off at the wrong gate

Der freundliche Fahrer hat uns pünktlich abgeholt und Sicher zum Flughafen gebracht. Alles sehr gut!
