I had Mohammed L as my driver, amazing man! He knew so much about the history of Morocco and told so many funny jokes. The ride was smooth sailing and he was the best. I’m only agreeing to use the service again if Mohammed is my driver 10/10!!

No driver for pickup at airport. Calls to company not answered twice. After1 and 1/2 hours later and calls a driver shows up.
First time to Casablanca. The driver, Ibrahim, contacted me via WhatsApp to make final arrangements as I was being processed through customs and immigration control. He spoke English well, turned an hour long drive to my hotel into an informative and enjoyable discussion about Casablanca, Morocco, his family, the customs, and points of interest. He did not expect a tip but I gave him a hefty one because he made the trip so easy and smooth. Nice work Ibrahim.
What good fortune to have Mohammed as my driver to the airport to retrieve my delayed luggage! Muhammed navigated the rush hour traffic safely. Upon reaching the airport, he gave me clear directions in English, my native language, where to enter for retrieving my luggage and where to exit to meet him for the return back to my hotel. On our smoother ride back to the hotel, Mohammed pointed out some interesting aspects of Casablanca. Superb service from Mohammed on my first hectic day in Casablanca!

Our driver, Walid, made our trip an excellent experience. He drove us from Casablanca to Fes and also took us on a day trip from Fes to Chefchaouen, and throughout both drives he was friendly, professional, and patient. The car was clean and comfortable, and he went out of his way to make sure we felt relaxed and unhurried, even when we needed extra time. We truly appreciated his kindness and the smooth rides, and we would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for reliable transportation in Morocco.
No one showed up to pick me up. I was told I would be contacted by the driver the day before and no one contacted me. Upon arrival I waited almost an hour and then finally contacted Viator help desk because the vendor didn’t reply to me. Eventually someone did pick me up and the vehicle was clean and nice and the driver was lovely. It was just a bit stressful after a 14 hour flight.

We had a problem disembarking, so we’re an hour late, but our driver was there when we got out. He, was is pretty much constant contact and we got together quickly after we passed customs. Got us to the hotel quickly and safely. WhatsApp is a real wonder in these cases

I came to Morocco for a solo trip and had the pleasure of meeting Jawad who drove me from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely courteous and kept in constant communication while I waited to get thru passport control and get my luggage.
