It was great experience and your guide was patient and friendly. It requires a lot of walking and I think it should have been stated earlier to give people a heads up on what they are getting into especially for elderly people

Ali and Ider were fabulous! The Marrakech portion was the most interesting and the drive was very comfortable with AC, water, and WiFi. I would not do the camel ride again. It was rather dirty and didn’t seem authentic but everything else was great.
Frankly not much to see. Long walks around park and unimpressive restaurant for lunch. Guide, Ahmad, inattentive to needs of Travellers.
The weather was supposed to rain and no accommodations were made to have umbrellas or modify the trip. We all traveled through the rain all day and it was cold and miserable. The ride back was also cold as the heat was barely on for the 3 hour driver back. We were all wet and cold!
Overall, I was happy with this day trip from Casablanca to Marrakech. It’s a good option if you’re short on time but still want to see some of Morocco’s highlights. I was with my parents (60+) and although there was a lot of walking, still feasible for elder travelers. Our driver, Taha, was very kind and drove safely, which made the long way much easier. Ahmed, our guide, was knowledgeable and attentive throughout the visit. One suggestion for improvement would be the itinerary. We spent almost an hour at the Palmeraie for the camel ride, which felt a bit long — that time could be better used visiting major sights like the Ben Youssef Madrasa. Also, it would be helpful to have better restaurant recommendations, as the lunch spot suggested wasn’t great. Overall, still a solid experience for a one-day trip.
The tour guide (Yusef) was absolutely wonderful! The driver (forgot his name) was a jerk. He was rude, inconsiderate, and sexist. He did not stop for a restroom stop (which he said that he would) on a two-hour ride from Casablanca to Marrakech. He purposefully did not open the door when it was time to exit the tour van. He held conversations with the other guest (male) for the entire time, but very rarely spoke to myself and my family.

The driver was amazing — so kind and hospitable! The tour guide shared many interesting historical details, and the tour with him was enjoyable. We mainly visited the souk and the medina, and we also went to Bahia Palace, although the entry fee wasn’t included. Overall, the experience was very good — I just didn’t expect that we would visit so few places in Marrakesh.
The tour is good if you do not want to worry about transportation to Marrakesh and do not spend much time doing the homework of what to do there. The camel tour is fun but is not really in the desert. In Marrakesh itself, we got to visit the palace of the vizir and the few interesting neighborhood we wanted to see. The guide was very flexible on the timing and what to do.
Our driver Youssef arrived earlier and was very respectful at all times. However, our “tour guide” showed up 1 hour late. We had to wait 1 hour at the mosque to enter. The first moments were very confusing and without any help from the company. Once we finished the Mosque guided tour, which was AMAZING (no thanks to our missing “tour guide”) but because we were guided by a local guide from the mosque who was the responsible for the explanation. He was very clear, he explained us everything in great detail and was eager to answer any questions and with great language management (his name Ilyas). It wasn’t until 2 hs later that the “tour guide” decided to show up. His name Abdel. He barely explained anything from the city, behaved quite patronizing and had a poor attitude given that he was already 2 hs late. We had to ASK questions to actually get any real meaningful content… I would NOT recommend this tour, and especially I would NOT pay the price advertised. A total waste of time.
We had an incredible experience! Our driver, Reda, was outstanding — professional, punctual, and incredibly patient, especially since we were traveling with two energetic little boys! The ride was smooth, and his deep knowledge of his country was truly impressive. Our guide Idir was equally amazing — passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He shared fascinating historical insights and gave us excellent recommendations. What stood out most was how he made sure we were completely at ease, especially in the market where he ensured we weren’t bothered. He also kept us away from the snake show 😁 Everyone we interacted with was kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this company — five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very good driver/tour guide except they had both an English /French group together… we wasted a lot of time and didn’t see everything promised. The Camel rides were very good, they weren’t in a hurry and really made sure you enjoyed yourself, plus giving tea at the end. The Mosque we went to could only be viewed from the outside. After that, we went to the souk where there were a couple more stops inside plus the Secret garden. Be aware, entrance fees are not included. The Monk School was $50MD, we opted out of the Museum and the Secret Garden was $100MD. There is a lot of walking, which was not mentioned. I just recently had knee replacement, I was hurting by the end ..he took you to different shops where we were under no pressure to buy, but they were eager!

One day is not sufficient to explore Marrakech. We had a great driver and knowledgeable guide who shared some of the highlights of the city. The Dramadery ride was fun as was the excursion through the winding streets of the marketplace.
Our driver Yousef and tour guide Hussain were amazing and did an excellent job Both of them were very cheerful and kind Drive was comfortable with Yousef Hussain explain very well about all the attractions also to the restaurant he took us ,the food was very delicious
I rate this one star. I would rate it zero stars but dont see that option. Not sure how they have 5 star review. Had my booking number however tour drivers and coordinators outside cruise terminal did not have our names. It was a completely disorganized shi$ show literally. Was supposed to leave at 7:30 and didnt depart til 8:30. Finally frustrated i just hopped in a can on my own after finding another couple on our cruise on the same tour. There were already four people in the can who paid for private tour and they were upset by the extra company but thankfully they were cool about it. The tour guide was a joke. Only took us to the places he would get a kickback. The driver was the only one who was amazing.
Boring, making deals to sell the tourists, nothing to show but walls. Tour guide and bus driver very nice and very helpful, but route sucks. Waste of money, i feel i dont even know what marrakesh is and what it looks like. This tour gives only the image of an old street and its walls. Very disappointing and frustrating.

The trip was very comfortable from Casablanca to Marrakech. Driver Reda was phenomenal and took very good care of us during the whole journey. Guide Abdalllah was extremely knowledgeable and took time explaining the history of all the places we visited. He answered all the questions we had. Both of them were very caring towards our kids also and went above and beyond to meeting to our every needs. Over all, I would highly recommend using their services.
Excellent tour. Our driver, Ali, picked us up on time, had water ready, and shared information along the way. Our tour guide in Marrakech, Mohammed, really knew his information. We learned a lot about the different cultures and history that make up the city. I highly recommend this tour and this team.
Our trip to Marrakech from Casablanca with Sabri was a smooth ride with a lovely stop to ride Camels! He was very informative along the drive, providing us with history, facts, and stopping as needed along the way. Once we arrived in Marrakech Abdel provided us with a lovely tour of the winding streets of the old Medina as well as a thorough history of the different historical sites and the people of the city from past to present. His tour through the Bahia Palace was top notch and his knowledge of the artisans and their crafts helped paint a lovely picture of the artistic heart that is at the center of Marrakech. Overall this was a wonderful tour from Casablanca and I would recommend it 10/10!
Excellent. First of all, the communication from the starts pick up, the tour description, connect with our tour guide in Marrakech until the end of our trip. Reda, our driver, our guide is friendly and drives safely. The van that was provided to us is comfortable for the whole family. This tour take the highlight of Marrakech. The camel ride, which my kids loves. The restaurant that we ate lunch was good, good food for sure, and friendly people. palais Bahia, Medina and the shopping. On the side note, our tour guide who took us around. Mohammad, he is friendly and an excellent tour guide. I totally enjoyed this trip,
