Had an amazing day in Marrakech! We did some great activities like camel riding and quad biking, which were so much fun and really made the experience unforgettable. What made it even better was our taxi driver—such a friendly and easygoing person. We could talk and laugh throughout the journey, and he made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. The service was excellent from start to finish. Definitely a day to remember!

They were very prompt and on time and the tour guide was great an accommodating as we had a compressed schedule for the tour. The car is very nice for transport between the cities.

Had the loveliest experience thanks to Mohamad and Azez, the best driver and tour guide combo we could’ve asked for! Mohamad was very timely and made sure that we had a comfortable ride that was both safe and quick. Azez shared with us his deep knowledge of Marrakech’s people, culture, and history, and he gave us an experience that only a local could. Both were incredibly kind and helpful, and I would highly recommend taking a tour with either one of them!

I would highly recommend this tour. Our driver Muhammad was awesome and our tour guide Mansouri was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very flexible and was able to change the itinerary when we asked. One thing to note is that once you get dropped off, you won’t be coming back until the end of the tour. There are lots of walking and steps, so I wouldn’t recommend for people who are having issues with walking or need a wheelchair. Thank you for a great day!

This tour was perfect for a day trip from Casablanca. Tour guide was flexible to what we preferred and brought us to an incredible rooftop for lunch.

One of the best tours I’ve ever been on. Mohamed was so kind and helpful and very lively! He picked me up early had water in the car and meet the vehicle nice and cool. He made me feel very safe on the trip and took some amazing pictures. Such a wonderful experience with such kind people!

The trip is like going back in time. Old buildings, busy sauk, crowded like houndred of years ago...even the ride in the car seeing the whole countryside is nice.

Visited mosques and bazar. Enjoyed very much. At the shops, people are not too aggressive in selling their items, which made me feel comfortable.

What a great tour to Marrakech to visit the medina and camels. From the minute we booked Shuttle Layover and Tours was great. They immediately contacted me to confirm and organize the pickup. Our driver, Hamouda was fantastic. He was waiting for us at the pickup spot and even arrived 30 minutes early to ensure he didn’t miss us. The car was nice, clean, cool, and comfortable. He was so pleasant and professional and made sure we had a safe and pleasurable drive to and from Marrakech. I have a toddler and he made sure to stop at nice rest stops for snacks and bathroom breaks. We were so appreciative of his service and were so comfortable. He continually checked in with us to make sure we were having a good day. In Marrakech Salem toured us around the Medina and made sure the visits were catered to our needs. We lingered in places we wanted more time and moved along when necessary for a toddler. My daughter loved the camel ride and the handler even made her a camel ring from palm fronds. I would definitely book another tour with Shuttle Layover and Tours and Hamouda. He ensured our day trip was perfect from start to finish! Thank you!

The overall trip was amazing. The driver was on time for pick up, since i booked the trip, the staff got in touch with me and remained in touch to make sure the day goes quite well. I was with kids and 2 babies, the driver was so accommodating. The mini van was so confortable throughout the trip back and forth. We went to Marakech souk, saw so many artisanal items, our guide was so kind and patient. We visited museum, some amazing architectures.. did some shopping.. had amazing photos etc. The day was lovely and finished off by taking a nice camel ride with my daughter. Thank you.

This has been my 3rd tour in Casablanca and so far not the best. After the clean and pleasant ride to Marrakech our driver promptly told us not to buy anything from the medina/old town he said the prices were too high and that he would bring us to places that had fixed prices. We were supposed to spend 3 hours in old time. The tour was very rushed and barely lasted two hours. The tour felt more like we were being herded to shops to buy from people/vendors they knew. After we said several times that we were hungry and wanted traditional Moroccan food but our requests went ignored. We wanted to eat in Marrakech and understand that we would be paying separately, our driver told us we would eat/stop for food on the way to Casablanca. We ended up stopping at a rest/gas station we declined the food there bc that is not what we wanted/ requested. Also the advert gives the option to ride camels or quads but once we got to this part we were told we have to pay an additional fee to ride the quads. The camel ride was barely 10 minutes. We were pressured many times to write reviews and to give 5 stars. This tour is not worth 5 stars. The service that was advertised was not one that was given. We wanted to see the snake charmers and monkeys perform but was told if we got close we would have to pay. I think this something the company should consider including. The money sent was not worth it. This was more of an overpriced taxi service.

Tour guides and driver are great. The city is interesting. I learned lots of history. The market is so big. The camel ride is fun but it was very hot day.

It was an excellent tour. Highly recommended. We would not know the history or the places to go if we didn’t book this tour. As soon as we booked the trip we had great communication with our organizer, driver and tour guide. Our driver Elyass was so incredibly nice and correct. We booked a private tour so we had more freedom regarding stops and time. Our tour guide Youssef is so knowledgeable and detailed. The day was filled with culture, diversity in stops with much history, vibrant colors and mixed spices. We enjoyed every moment of this experience!! Thank you

Simo (pictured in yellow) was a helpful and very efficient driver who got us from Casablanca to Marrakech safely and on time. Yousef (in the hat in the other pictures) was an extraordinary guide to knew Marrakech, it's history, and (it seemed like) every person in the Medina. A trip to Marrakesh is not to miss! A fairy tale type city, colourful, vibrant and very warm. It is full of history that tourists will appreciate and a place to shop with amazing handcrafted souvenirs to take home and tasty food and aromatic teas. Our guide Yousef, a native of Marrakesh, opened up for us this amazing place like a treasure box. He loves his city and passes on his love for it to us, tourists. Youssef is very knowledgeable in the history of his country and his English is perfect! Thank you, Youssef. Memories of this trip will warm our hearts always!

The trip was amazing! Nordin contacted and picked us up on time and is very friendly. He made us aware of all the best places in Morocco which made me and my friend more excited with our trip. After the first stop, we were met by Youssef who was very knowledgeable of the rich history of the city! My friend and I felt really safe throughout the tour. After the trip, we were given cold water to quench the heat which is nice and made our way safely back to hotel. Great experience and will recommend to friends!

Great day trip from Casablanca! The driver, Amine, was friendly, fluent and gave us some interesting information on the way... when we weren't sleeping. Lol We picked up our tour guide, Youssef, in Marakesh and he was great with on the fly changes and making sure to keep our pace when walking. It is a beautiful city full of rich history and culture. Youssef did a great job of explaining both.

Yusuf was a very good driver, he was on time for picking us up from each different location. Five stars and I very nuch recommend him.
