Rachid, our driver and guide was very knowledgeable about all things Casablanca. He provided informative commentary and his English was also great! We had some fun stops along the way, with Rachid purchasing on our behalf some delicious peaches for us to try. A very enjoyable tour of an interesting Moroccan city. The only downside was that despite our tour being booked for 2pm, the car did not arrive until 2.50pm. Our hotel kindly called the tour operator for us and sorted out the delay. Would recommend this tour to fellow travellers.

Achraf was an excellent guide. Knowledgeable and very friendly. We received a great tour of the mosque and Casablanca.
We were told we’d be picked up directly from the port but later received incorrect instructions, so our guide couldn’t find us and the tour started much later than planned. The delay made everything feel rushed and unstructured, with little explanation of what we were visiting. There was no Wi-Fi or water provided, though luckily it wasn’t a hot day. Our guide was pleasant, but overall the tour was poorly organised and not good value for money.
It is Wonderful but you need to make advanced reservations for Dinner The Service was outstanding! The food itself was delicious! Be prepared for a culinary treat! The live music just added to the 40’s Nostalgia & Atmosphere of Rick’s! Don’t forego this opportunity while in Casablanca!
Montessir was the greatest! Very knowledgeable and able to adapt our tour because we had already seen some of the things. Very good value for the money!!!
The tour guide is very friendly, and nice. we had a nice trip. Pick up on time, and drop us to a restaurant we asked. Very flexible
Abdul is a great guide , very knowledgeable about the city and history of the country. Hassan mosque is spectacular.
We saw high points like the mosque and the corniche as well as local neighborhoods including embassies and the "Beverly Hills" of the city. At our request we stopped at an authentic carpet store and our guide, Azzamine, dropped us off at Rick's Cafe for lunch and picked us up afterwards and drove us back to our cruise ship.
Great day, easy pick up from our cruise terminal and flexible schedule to make sure we had enough time to see everything there was to see.
Momo was a great guide and Zakaria a great driver. The car was very nice and we went to the sites we were interested in seeing. They picked us up and took us back exactly as we asked for. We especially liked seeing the interior of the grand mosque and the market.
This was such a fabulous trip. The highlight was the mosque. It was incredible. The only issue I had was it says a private tour of the mosque and we were in a group of about 25 people. Don’t miss this!
Although initially there was some confusion at the port preventing our original guide Wahid from meeting us, after some 20 minutes, he was replaced by Nabil who provided us with an excellent tour of Casablanca. Little extras like treating us to some mint tea and to Moroccan pastries made the tour even more enjoyable.
Contact details were good, driver was very pleasant but his English was limited. Mosque was very impressive but the remainder of the tour was not so good. We drove past some churches, no history given, basically just drive pasts, same with King’s palace, just told he lived there & when we tried to ask the driver questions he didn’t understand us. Taken to a Medina & the Corniche area which was ok. Tour implies that you would be going to Rick’s cafe, which is the main reason we booked the tour, we drove past a building which could have been anywhere with a Rick’s cafe sign on the outside and that was it. We drove around most of the city so saw what Casablanca had to offer, we refused the offer of visiting the carpet & argon oil shop & just asked the driver to take us back to the ship. Overall the excursion was disappointing.
The tour manager and the driver , Mohamed, got in touch with us with necessary information , even days before the tour. He’s extremely polite and helpful showing us around the city, visiting all important landmarks, finally making sure we are dropped off at the cruise at the time we requested. Highly recommend.
Whilst the mosque was very impressive, the rest of the tour was as far removed from what we had booked and expected as it could be. We were taken to see a couple of random churches not mentioned, each for 5 mins and of no real relevance. There was no market and no time to ourselves other than 5 mins inside the mosque. We were taken inside a small room at the back of a building and subjected to a lengthy sales pitch on Various Argan Oil products, swiftly followed by a large room inside a very damp smelling carpet shop where we were again forced to look at rugs on after another whilst a man did his best to sell to us and the other group. None of this was in the agenda. The entire group felt as though the tour had been misrepresented. 8 out of 17 of the group had booked lunch, those of us who hadn't had no choice than to sit in a restaurant and feel obliged to order and pay for a meal, the waiter then added 200% to our bill as "service" charge which we flatly refused to pay. Whilst the tour guide was a nice enough man, the trip was not what we had paid for and didn't cover most of the things we had looked forward to seeing. Worth mentioning too that the mosque itself was no suitable for people such as myself with mobility problems, we were left behind at a couple of points, the tour guide didn't look around for us as by his own admission he was on the phone to his wife who suspected he was being unfaithful. This happened several times thought the day!!!!
The name of the tour implies that you will be going to Ricks. We had to ask the guide multiple times to please take us there. We asked him to go to a market, and he took us to a spice store. He was kind and pleasant but didn’t feel like the tour was what we signed up for-and our fellow travelers felt the same way. Once we go to Ricks we had an amazing meal and couldn’t have been happier. Do research ahead of time and make sure that you express where you would like to go. Mosque was beautiful and churches were too, but many were closed and we couldn’t go in. Mosque 2 tour took more than 30 min to start and was VERY gratuity pressured. Wanted to enjoy but felt like it was all centered around tips.
Our guide Abdul was very knowledgeable and friendly. Love the Mosque one of the best experiences of my holiday. Booking a private tour gave us door to door at a time of our choice.
Amine was an excellent tour guide and made the day so enjoyable. He engaged with us and was so knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this tour and him as a guide.
Excellent tour given by illias, he was helpful and knowledgeable. We captured an overall view of Casablanca , from the Mosque to the Madina . Strongly recommended.
Very disappointed as our driver was late for the pickup (without a heads up), we only saw 3/8 attractions advertised and had two stops added that were lame - feeding pigeons and a rug seller. We drove around the same area and our driver (while nice) had me do a review in his van before jumping out and screenshot it to him. Total rip off! I reached out to the organizer to address my concerns and after a brief back and forth - no resolution.
Hassan Il Mosque. It was magnificent and it took me 3 hours and 30 minutes just taking photos inside the mosque
Excellent tour driver and guide. Patient, courteous, polite, caring, and I will again take him when I come back to Casablanca.
Abdullah was amazing and so accommodating . Took us wherever we wanted to go , and picked us up from the train station which was super helpful as well as giving us a good head start to our beautiful tour . The king Hassan mosque is to die for . Absolutely stunning . Five stars all the way
Do not buy a private tour, we were a group of 4 and we found ourselves being in 6 on the wan. The Driver did not respect the duration of the tour which was supposed to be 5 hours and instead was 4 and moreover the services that should have been offered were non-existent. The Mosque tour was supposed to be private as well instead we were about 15 people.
Agradecemos la gentileza del chofer Jaouad y el guía Ahmed por la visita realizada. Muy buena predisposición para una satisfactoria estadía en Casablanca.
