lOur 10-day private tour through Morocco was truly unforgettable. From Casablanca to Marrakech, every stop was beautifully planned vibrant cities, the stunning blue streets of Chefchaouen, and an incredible night in the Sahara Desert. What made the trip exceptional was our guide, Omar. He was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly passionate about his country. Thanks to him, we discovered hidden gems, learned so much about Moroccan culture, and always felt safe and well taken care of. We can’t recommend this tour and Omar highly enough. I decided to take a guided tour with a local guide to enjoy and understand as much as possible the wonderful country of Morocco. The choice turned out great, especially thanks to Omar the guide who has been very kind and professional. We enjoyed mosto of all the desert experience!
I recently went on a desert tour, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the entire experience was magical breathtaking landscapes, golden dunes, and a peaceful silence you can’t find anywhere else. Every moment felt like something out of a movie. A huge part of what made this tour so special was our guide, Omar. He was perfect knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He shared fascinating stories, answered all our questions with a smile, and truly went above and beyond to make the tour unforgettable. If you’re considering a desert adventure, don’t hesitate. Our excursion from Marrakech to the Sahara Desert was one of the most memorable travel experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Omar, was truly outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive to our needs. He shared fascinating insights about Moroccan culture, history, and daily life, which added so much depth to the journey. The drive itself was long but very comfortable, thanks to our excellent driver Mohammed, who was professional, patient, and made sure we always felt safe and relaxed on the road. The highlight of the trip was, without a doubt, the night in the luxury desert camp. The tents were spacious, clean, and beautifully set up, offering a perfect balance between comfort and authenticity. The staff at the camp were welcoming and made us feel at home, while the setting itself was simply magical watching the sunset over the dunes, enjoying traditional music by the fire, and then gazing up at the incredible starry sky of the Sahara. It was an experience that felt almost otherworldly. We came away from this trip with unforgettable memories, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are looking for a combination of adventure, culture, comfort, and the magic of the desert, this is the excursion to choose. Omar and Mohammed made it truly special, and we will always treasure this experience in Morocco!
Sahara Desert experience was great! All the guides were very knowledgeable, passionate & friendly, we particularly enjoyed our tour with CousCous. A special shout out to our driver Mohammed & our guide Omar. We stayed the night at the luxury camp & must say that the food was some of the best we’ve experienced whilst in Morocco. Although, beware, if you’re traveling in August it will be hot.
We had a nice time, our guide Omar was very nice, the desert was the beat for us. The Camel ride was perfect, nice sunset. I highly recommend it.
I've been 3 days in the desert with Omar as guide, he's very nice and well prepared about everything we visited. I really recommend him for your next tour!
Magnificent activity! The driver and guide Ali gave us an incredible experience. We felt like we were with family in the desert. Guide Ali was very attentive, professional, and passionate about his region. Everything was perfectly organized: transportation, meals, and atmosphere. A real chance to disconnect. I would recommend the guide Ali🙏🏻, the driver, and the agency 100%! We'll be back!!
Overall the tour was a truly special experience. Given that travelling to the desert is probably unwise on your own, it was great to go with a group. We ended up making a few friends and learning a lot about Moroccan culture as well! Some overarching things: probably best not to go in August. It’s doable, but it’s hot, even at night. The inside of the luxury and standard tents have no AC, so temperatures were reaching 37C. The bus thankfully had AC but arguably too much AC, to the point where a few travellers were getting sick from the swinging temperature changes. The windows also don’t open. The lunches felt like a rip off to be quite honest, quite shocking given that food half of the price elsewhere in Morocco tasted 100x better. The standard camp and the luxury camp are split up, so if you are booking with friends, make sure you are booking the same package. And lastly, we felt that Omar was not the kindest or most informative tour guide. Often we didn’t know what was happening, felt like we were being bothersome when we had real concerns, and also felt that his teasing was bordering being insulting. Maybe we don’t understand Moroccan humor but every other guide, host, restaurant owner, riad manager has been so kind and pleasant to be around, that interacting with Omar did not leave the greatest impression. We didn’t get a chance to choose a seat, and got picked up second to last, landing us at the back of the bus, cramped, and enduring the bumpy ride for three days straight. 2/4 of us in the back ended up nauseous and vomiting. The company didn’t put in anything to allow us to rotate out of those seats once, forcing us to take the brunt of the unpleasant ride the entire time. The first day was very interesting, we had a provided guide at Ait Ben Haddou, and it was so lovely to see. I do wish that we had more time in the shade though. There were a few 15 minute stops at picturesque places and bathrooms, but we never felt pressured to buy anything that day. The hotel was nice, had AC, but we arrived pretty late, had a late dinner, and had to wake up early. The second day at the Todra gorge was beautiful and we thought our guide “Ali Couscous” was amazing. He truly was passionate about his people and his home. The rugs were beautiful and once again, we didn’t feel pressured. My greatest appreciation for Rashid was that he made us feel informed, safe, and knowledgeable at all times. He warned us of cultural customs and made sure we felt taken care of. At lunch, we were told it was best to take an hour longer break, but were not told that this would mean we would arrive to the camp late. We ended up arriving by camel at the camp at 9 pm and dinner at 10 pm. We did not get the opportunity to sand board because of this, and were also not told that our stop in the dunes would be our only opportunity to take photos. The camel guy did not speak English very well and our guide, Omar, had left us by then. At the camp, there was no AC except in the main dining area, and no windows to the tent, leaving us to boil inside all night. With music ending at 12:15 am and breakfast at 5:30 am, you can imagine how little we slept. There’s also no cold water (or anything cold) anywhere. It is the desert though, but just a warning, there’s no relief ever. By the way, if you’re hoping to see the Milky Way, make sure you go during a new moon. Last day was brutal and by far the worst of the three. We had a strange 45 minute break at a gas station, but only 15 minutes in Ifrane. Our guide, Omar, also forced us to write reviews for the tour at lunch and put in the 5 star rating for us. We were then taken to see monkeys were people forced peanuts into our hands, despite us insisting we didn’t want to, and ended with my partner being attacked. Finally at the end of the tour, we got dropped off as close as possible to our riad but without much planning so we were actively trying to figure out when to get off as we were driving.
It was a nice trip, Omar guided everyone good and explained everything good. The activities were fun and there was also enough airco in the bus.
Unforgettable experience! The group is good, the guide Omar is so funny and kind, so friendly and helpful! I recommend this tour 100%

I want to say that Zaid was very attentive, respectful and very kind to us. He is a very funny person and explained many things to us during the tour. The experience has been fantastic.Omar the best guide we could have and Mohamed an exceptional driver. Both are friendly, fun and knowledgeable about the region and its culture. It was a lot of great experience, we could experience some nice moments. They are the most important and beautiful places summarized in a short time. The guides were just as sympathetic and authentic. We'll be back!
I recently made a trip to Morocco and the experience could not have been better! A thank you also to our driver, Mohamed, for always safe and quiet driving, which allowed us to enjoy every moment without worries. On a wonderful excursion, full of attractions and beautiful people. They immersed us in another reality for 3 days, making us discover and learn other realities and cultures. By my side I had Omar, a young guy, funny and helpful. I highly recommend.
Amazing experience. Omar is a guide of 10. A unique and very pleasant experience. He explains everything well and is always for you. You tour Morocco in the best possible way
Great 3-day viste with Omar. Good choice of visit, restaurant, accommodation and activities. I recommend this stay with Omar guide.
Very good stay. We enjoyed the sights visited , the choice of restaurants and hotels. We were able to discover beautiful villages in the mountains and what to say about the desert experience. Many thanks to our guide Omar for his availability, patience and many explanations and quality! It helped to make our very pleasant.
Good organization. Guides very prepared and helpful. Omar was our guide, very nice and prepared. Too bad about the little legroom in the shuttle
The tour was organized very well. Omar, the guide who accompanied us throughout the trip, was very considerate and nice. Unfortunately the shuttle, although it is new, was a bit narrow but that's okay. All the people we met on this trip treated us as guests and not as tourists.
Well organized trip with many activities such as local guided tours and camel ride in the desert. A bit difficult at night in the desert given the high temperatures inside the tents.
My journey from Marrakech to the Merzouga desert was an incredible experience, which I will cherish forever. I was lucky enough to share this journey with wonderful people, with whom an immediate connection was made. Each stage of the route was a discovery, especially those in Berber villages, where local guides immersed us in the culture and traditions of these fascinating lands. The hospitality of the Berbers, their warmth and culture allowed us to live an authentic experience. Our guide, Ali Couscous, was a fantastic presence. Always attentive, helpful and ready to meet our every need. During the trip, Ali constantly asked us if we were okay, making sure we were comfortable and safe, which really helped make the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. A trip that I highly recommend to those looking for an adventure that enriches the soul. If you go in the summer be prepared for the heat, not unbearable but not even a walk.
The experience has been wonderful. Our Omar guide has made it unforgettable and unique. Very friendly and treats us not as tourists but as your guests.

A trip from Marrakech to the Sahara desert is one of the most memorable adventures you can experience in Morocco. Starting from the vibrant and historic city of Marrakech, the journey takes travellers through diverse landscapes, passing through the High Atlas mountains, traditional Berber villages and lush valleys, to the vast golden desert dunes. The route includes stops at fascinating locations, such as the old fortified city of Ait Benhaddou, famous for its clay kasbahs and the setting of various films. Another must-see stop is Ouarzazate, known as the “Gate of the Desert” and home to movie studios portraying the Sahara in great productions. As you approach the Sahara, the landscape turns into an ocean of sand. In the dunes of Erg Chebbi or Erg Chigaga, travelers can ride camels at sunset, a magical experience that reveals the serene and imposing beauty of the desert. Camping under the stars is another highlight of the tour, with the chance to spend the night in nomadic tents and enjoy traditional Moroccan cuisine around a fireplace. This excursion from Marrakech to the Sahara is an unforgettable trip that combines adventure, breathtaking landscapes and a dive into Morocco’s rich culture and history.
Incredible experience, all the structure they offer, since the airport reception is surreal, very attentive, the tours are amazing, all with Guide, which makes the travel much more interesting, we learned a little about their culture, their language (it is not easy at all). The campground in the desert is simply perfect, the dromedary ride to the campsite is perfect, we see the sunset and the night we made a party with fire and a beautiful moon, and to close with a golden key, we woke up and controlled the sunrise directly from the sands of the desert, we took amazing photos, finally, a perfect journey, I only have to indicate that more people also have this opportunity.
