Abdo was great, reached out right away after booking. Lots of aggressive operators at Casablanca airport. All looked legit though, glad I booked just 12 hours ahead and he got us to Fez 2 hours in front of our group. American Airlines put us 16 hours behind schedule. Safe, professional driver. Had an amazing day visiting Fez today! Our driver Abdou was excellent — punctual, friendly, and made the ride super comfortable. Our tour guide Abdelwahd was fantastic as well — very knowledgeable, patient, and shared so many fascinating details about the history and culture of the city. We got to see the highlights of the Medina, artisans at work, and some beautiful hidden spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. Highly recommend this team for anyone visiting Fez!

We used the company for transport only from Casablanca to Fez. The driver was right on time and even made last minute accommodations to pick us up from a different location. The transfer was seamless. The van was nice and comfortable for all 9 of us. We had no issues and would use again.

A great way to travel between two cities while seeing the roadside of Morocco. Our driver Youssef was great! Safe drive, attentive to our needs, gave us rest stops and lots of history and facts about Morocco. If we could use him again we most definitely would! We went with idrissi, a very proffesional guide with a lot of knowledge. Very kind and patient. He takes a lot of time and he knows all the spots. We have made a lot of beattiful pictures. Samir was out driver, we had a vw touareg wit wifi. He made a stop during the ride from Casablanca to Fez so we can rest and drink some coffee. Reda drove us back to Rabat from Chefchaouen after our tour of The Blue City. The van was large and comfortable and Reda was accommodating and a very safe driver.. Would highly recommend!

Super interesting day trip! Our driver Abdo braught us quickly and safe to Fes and our guide Idrissi showed us all the must-see places (and quite a few hidden treasures) in the old and new town. If you want to experience Fes with its rich culture, good food, high quality goods and many fantastic photo opportunities (Idrissi knows all the best angles!) this is the tour for you!

Our guide idrissi and driver abde were excellent, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I was picked up in a new luxury car at my hotel in Casablanca, which made the 3+ hour trip a lot more comfortable. We saw craftsmen working their trades in pottery, metal, weaving, tanning. One of the pleasant surprises was that we were never pressured with hard sales pitches to buy their products. Lunch was delicious with three courses. If you have a free day, definitely recommend this tour.

Our driver, Oussama, arrived to our hotel and skillfully drove to Fez while making us feel at home in the car. The 3 hour drive did not feel long with his hospitality. Once in Fez our guide, Hamid, explained all of the must see sights with a great understanding of the city and kept us on track during the tour so we never felt rushed. The organizing company was very responsive and kept open communication. The van was large, air conditioned and made for a very comfortable ride. The driver was very considerate and accommodated all the comfort or coffee breaks that we requested. Both driver and guide did not rush thru things and moved at our pace. We travelled with Arab from Casablanca to Fez in a comfortable Mercedes van with wifi. Arab was very friendly and we enjoyed our time with him. We had a chance to see behind the scenes and do a very personalized journey through the entire city. Both done English very well. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a day and a wonderful experience with our driver, Youssef, and our guide, Idrissi. We were picked up at our hotel promptly at 7:00 am in a new, clean sedan. The three hour drive to Fez went by quickly with youssef’s interesting commentary. On arrival in Fez, idrissi, who was born in the Old Medina 56 years ago, seemed to know everybody there. We nicknamed him “TheMayor”. He took us on an extensive walking tour stopping in at various local artisan ateliers such as a weaver, rug cooperative, brass and other metals ( centuries old method of engraving), the famous ancient leather tannery (fascinating, been there since the 11th century), ceramic / mosaic manufacturer, and much more. These vendors spent a lot of time explaining their craft and even so, we did not feel any pressure to buy anything ( although any of the lovely items make wonderful souvenirs and gifts.) included was a delicious Moroccan lunch in the Medina, in a beautiful restaurant. TheMedina should not be missed, but it is immense and can be overwhelming. We believe that having a patient, experienced guide like Idrissi is essential. We also toured a museum, an ancient fort and so much more. Idrissi and Youssef personalized our tour to our preferences and were attentive to our every need. We never felt hurried and felt like we spent the day with friends. We have taken many tours and this was one of the best!

Idrissi has a gentle yet radiant soul and was extremely knowledgeable about the city—the history, the food and knowing about the best places to buy good quality Moroccan goods. Idrissi was energetic from the start. He told his story along with the story of the city. He was passionate and has a lot of love for what he does and the history of Fez. Adel was also a kind individual who made sure our needs were met during the long drive! He also told history along the drive and made sure we were comfortable.

We were picked up promptly and Youssef our driver was amazing and polite. He gave us water and DJ privileges. Idrissi was an incredible guide and explained every single street and question we had. He helped us haggle the prices of our teapots and bought us tiny gifts too. Then we had an incredible and delicious lunch, I would highly recommend them! Do not miss Fes!!!
