Our tour guide, Idrissi, was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Fez and Morocco, and he made the experience both fascinating and enjoyable. Idrissi and Anas were an incredible team, and from the moment we met them, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. They treated us like royalty throughout the entire experience. We also had some of the best food of our entire trip in Fez, and they made sure we experienced the city in such a memorable way. We truly feel like we only scratched the surface of what Morocco has to offer. Fez left such a lasting impression on us that we already know Morocco is a place we must come back to. We are incredibly grateful to Idrissi and Anas for making our visit so special. Highly recommended!

Friendly, professional and extremely polite. Felt safe and taken care of. Thank You, Umari & Idrisi
This tour of Fez was great. Idrissa and Youssef were very accommodating and tailored the tour to our preference. The tour was also very informational and we got to experience the highlights of Fez in a short amount of time!
Salah was a great driver and Idrissi was a great tour guide. Together I had the best time in Fez and also getting there. Unlike the other Morocco cities you are going to need a good guide as it’s easy to get lost. Both were friendly, hospitable, and professional. Also the tour included tickets and lunch unlike other tours.
We had a wonderful experience with our private tour to Fes with Idrissi and Kesley. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and responsible throughout the entire day. They answered all of our questions with patience and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Morocco!
Very polite and honest staff, but unfortunately they called off the trip one day before (when free cancel through booking was no longer possible) because not enough people were joining. While they offered an upgrade for 130 euros - which I couldn't pay on such a short notice - I believe that they should at least offer a compensation, since my entire itinerary was built around this specific trip to Fez. The custimer support refunded me afterwards, so they are legitimate and honest, but I would suggest more flexibility instead of the "either pay 130 euros one day before or cancel it" treatment
Guide, Ibriss was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly. Driver, Used was also knowledgeable pointing out places on the way to Fes. We enjoyed thistour very much.
All in all full marks to both the driver (Samir) and our guide (Mr Idrissi). They both took a very good care of my son & me. We travelled from Casablanca. It was a sunny day, welcoming people, absolutely huge lunch (vegetarian). It was a good idea to drive between 2 spots so that we could spent more time at each stop. Media and souks were absolutely beautiful. The ceramic cafe tour was really amazing. So was the tannery and leather goods sold in those shops. The whole trip was very relaxed considering we covered so many things during that day. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone.
Excellent communication from the tour operator to keep me informed about pickup. Our driver, Sabri, explained some of the spots on the way to Fez. We met up with Idrissi (our guide) when we reached Fez. He's a local who has worked as a guide for almost 45 years. Definitely knows the windy roads in the markets like the back of his hand. He gave us the history of every place and the pace was excellent. Since we were only a very small group, we had plenty of opportunities to interact and ask questions. I was going to explore Fez on my own, but glad I chose to join this tour group.
It was an awful day trip from Casablanca to Fez on Dec 4th. The driver, Anas, had a bad breath, couldn’t stop chatting with the front passenger. The sedan was dirty and beat up. The tour guide sitting right next to us in a cramped backseat, was coughing violently, not covering his mouth or wearing a mask. He has no common sense that his cold is easily transmitted. My husband and I have been coughing and sneezing since we got back to the states on Dec 6th because of the Fez tour guide, Idrissi, his sick condition.
We had an amazing tour of Fes with Samir & Idrissi They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and so accommodating throughout the entire day. Samir & Idrissi took us to all the must-see sights and shared so much history and culture in a way that was easy to understand and truly fascinating. Their warm personality made us feel comfortable and well looked after, and gladly tailored the tour to our interests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting Fes! Thank you Samir & Idrissi
Our experience in Fes was truly exceptional thanks to our tour guide, Gid Idrissi, and our driver, Samir. Gid has been a tour guide for over 40 years, and his experience truly shows. His knowledge of the history, culture, and hidden corners of Fes is extraordinary. He explained everything with clarity, passion, and warmth, making the city feel alive. Walking through the medina with him felt like being guided by someone who knows every stone and every story. Our driver Samir was equally wonderful — punctual, respectful, and very professional. He made us feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the whole journey. Thanks to Gid and Samir, our visit to Fes was unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an authentic, smooth, and enriching experience in the city.
Very nice tour! My driver Sabri was punctual and safe. He was very responsive through WhatsApp, which I appreciated. We met our guide Idrissi when we arrived in Fez. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodated our pace as we explored the Medina. The lunch was tasty and we had a wonderful day. Shukran!
The trip was very good and I think Mohammed L. is a very good driver. I enjoyed it so much. Fez is a great city, it was beautiful.
Mohammed L is a good driver, Fez is a beautiful city, i like the city. The location is good and it was a really good trip. I enjoyed it.
Zouhir was so helpful, kind, and patient with us! He spoke great English and made sure me and my sisters had a great time in Fez!
Excellent service good behave enjoy the trip very caring respectful no issues during the whole trip I highly recommend for this service
Great weather. Driver was very cooperative and kind again. He got us water at each stop. Muhammad was our driver, and overall he was great.
We took several day tours in Casablanca and we had the best experience with Premium Transfers and Tours Travel. Their driver and tour guide are very professional and punctual. They have very good tour itinerary and the lunch is very good. Overall, we are very satisfied with this tour company.
We have an absolute amazing time in Fez. Our driver, Andessamad was the best, he was courtesy, on trine and a safe driver. Our tour guide, Mesbahi Aziz, was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the history of Fez and the Medina. Five stars for our driver and tour guide.
I had the most fantastic time on my private tour from Casablanca to Fes. Anas, my Casablanca guide and driver, and Idrissi, my local guide in Fes, were a great tandem and complemented each other very well. Idrissi is a highly knowledgeable local who has mastered the ins and outs of the medina, is popular among the locals, and is a good photographer who knows all the best spots for taking photos. Anas, meanwhile, speaks English like a native speaker, and tells the most fascinating and entertaining stories about life and culture in today’s Casablanca and Morocco. There was never a dull moment in the 3+hours to Fes and the 3+ hours back. Both Anas and Idrissi indulged me and answered all my questions - even the silly ones. My excellent chicken tagine lunch was just a bonus! Would highly recommend this tour.
It started early as we had a long driver (3.5 hours) to Fez from Casablanca . It ended up being a private tour. Our driver was Mohammed Khiar. Awesome dude, friendly and fantastic driver with race car driving ability. He was informative, kept us talking, jumping and the distance did not feel to tiring. We arrived in Fez and met our local guide Abdelwahad. While Khiar drove us to some sites, Abdelwahad took us for a 3.5 hours walk tour of Fez. First there was lunch, you will definitely need this before the long walk through the Madinah. Rows and rows of shops to see and buy from if you are looking for gifts or souvenirs to remember Fez. Saw camel heads and sharks being sold as stalls as well as clothes, jewellery, sweets etc. The tour guides highly recommend buying items from the cooperatives as it is backed by the government and hand made. All in all it was a good experience. Vendors can be a bit pushy but just no when you are not interested or negotiate a price that you feel is acceptable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not and other times there a middle ground that that you both are happy with. If you are looking for trinkets and not to fussed if it is hand made or machine made than the cheaper option is the small stalls. Make sure to have cash on hand. Cooperatives will accept card but not the small stalls. A day to remember. Back to the car and 3.5 hours drive back to Casablanca. Since scenic views. Lots of traffic. Keep a bottle of water with you at all times. Khiar you are an awesome man, thank you for the experience and the talk and jokes. Hope we meet again.
Took a very quick trip to Fes. My driver was waiting for me at the designated place. He was very professional and courteous. It was a long drive and having a smooth ride in a nice car was great. The guide met us at Fes. Given the quick trip, he was constantly adjusting to what I wanted to see. He knew what I needed to see but was very flexible about how to use the time and give me the best experience. He knew the tricks to get around the mazy Medina and seemed to know people everywhere. Would highly recommend.
Today visited Fes from the new to the old. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able. To visit the tannery, ceramic tile area where we got to see first hand the artisan work you see when walking around the Medina. I recommend you take this tour you will be very glad you did!😀
Today we had an exceptional experience on our trip to Fez, thanks to the outstanding service provided by our tour guide, Idrissi, and our driver, Wahid. Idrissi, a native of Fez, shared his vast knowledge of the city's history, culture, and hidden gems with such passion and authenticity that it truly brought the experience to life. His insights made us appreciate Fez on a much deeper level. Wahid, our driver, was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. He navigated the roads smoothly and ensured that we traveled in comfort and safety throughout the journey. In addition to his excellent driving skills, Wahid provided us with very helpful information about our stay in Casablanca, which made our time there even more enjoyable and stress-free. Together, Idrissi and Wahid made this tour an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a genuine and enriching exploration of Fez and beyond.
Wanted a 1 day guided visit and this was private Likely wasted too much time in touring markets setting up selling things I wasnt looking to buy
Wonderful day in Fez with the lovely tour guide Idrisi and Sabri. Fez is a must see if you are staying in Morocco. We had a very pleasant day and we have seen all the important landmarks in Fez. If you have a short time , it’s a perfect tour to book. Highly recommend
From start to finish, this all-day tour from Casablanca to Fez was an absolute dream. With Wahid, my private driver, and the legendary local guide Idrissi, I felt like a VIP exploring one of Morocco’s most fascinating cities. The journey itself was smooth and comfortable, thanks to Wahid’s impeccable driving and warm hospitality. He was punctual, kind, and even picked me up from my house, as no one else joined the tour. Once in Fez, Idrissi took the reins, and wow—what a guide! His depth of knowledge was astounding; he didn’t just share the history of Fez but brought it to life with fascinating stories, numbers, and details that made every stop unforgettable. From the iconic tanneries to the intricate ceramic studios, Idrissi had all the insider knowledge and seemed to know everyone we passed! His warm greetings and connections in the souks made navigating the bustling market a breeze, especially when I wanted to shop for herbs and spices. Thanks to Idrissi, I got everything I needed, with a fair price and a dose of local charm. The viewpoints he took me to showcased the city's beauty in all its glory, and he never rushed me, allowing plenty of time to take in the sights and capture photos. This tour is a must-do for anyone wanting an authentic, stress-free experience in Fez. Wahid and Idrissi are the dream team—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I left with not only memories of a lifetime but a deeper appreciation for Moroccan culture. Highly recommended!
Within 6 hours we were able to see a lot of interesting and beautiful spots all around Fes and learn a lot about the city. We also enjoy a delicious lunch that was included in the tour. Our tour guide Idrissi was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We were able to take our time to take pictures and ask as many questions as we wanted. Our driver Tihir was also great. He was calm and very polite and drove us to and around Fes the entire day.
Our driver Mohammed Lougzaili, was excellent! Punctual, polite, well-informed about the area, and took care of all of our needs. Would highly recommend!
Mohammed Louganis drove us smoothly and quickly to our destination. He told us about the places around us, which I wouldn’t have know about!
Had a great time. Long trip, but Mohammed Louganis made the travel go as fast as possible and gave interesting facts along the way.
Our tour driver Youssef was pleasant & polite. Our tour guide Idrissi was knowledgeable & courteous. Both are professional and relatable. They made our whole tour light, full of historical insights with a deep dive on ancestral architecture, mosaics, weaving, craftsmanship (wooden & metal), leather tanning coupled with history of trade and commerce. We exchanged laughters and experiences all throughout the trip! Got no dull moment with them. Multiple times they offered to take pix of us together (as couple) especially on historic buildings & panoramic views. They also gave us language lessons significant enough to greet the locals. They prompted us to use the restrooms, periodically. And most of all, they ensured our safety and security while walking on the crowded yet narrow streets the whole duration of the trip! Now ready to get back home to New York with experience on immersion- the Fed, Morocco way ;)
Idrissi and Yussef were great companion and gave us valuable information throughout the trip to Fes! Very nice and complete experience. Very cultural, clean, and unique city!
Idrissi and Yousef were great. Strongly recommend as a tour guide. More than enough 1 or 2 days in Fez. Very well organized
A day trip from Casablanca to Fes was the perfect way to end our trip. Youssef was our personal driver, kind, friendly and safe! Idrissi, our guide in Fes shared so much history and expert guide of his hometown! Thanks for everything!
On a whim took a trip to Fes. Our driver Youssef, arrived early, so friendly, attentive, kind and safe driver. We met with Idrissi in Fes. A native of Fes giving us a warm welcome and so much history of the city! 10 out of 10 experience!
Anas was a very knowledgeable guide, we had a great time, he walked us through the maze of Fes, knew where to stop for picture, which merchants to show us the best items from leather to fabric. Sabri was a great driver as well, he was ready to move when we were.
Excursion made during the stopover in Casablanca with the cruise ship. Issam our driver was phenomenal, perfect driving and absolute kindness. He waited for us at the arrival point of the shuttle from the cruise terminal and brought us back to the same point, he did everything possible to be able to catch the shuttle within the scheduled time despite the large traffic encountered! Thank you again! The trip takes about 3 hours and 45 'with a stop halfway, we were 8 and the bus was very comfortable! Wi-Fi fully functional and water available. In Fes, Hamid (local guide) took us for a walk around the Medina and told us, in Italian, everything about the history of the city. Perfectly arranged with our driver. Great lunch with mixed appetizer and choice of lemon chicken tapine or couscous, drinks for a fee. A must-see excursion for both cruise passengers and travelers departing from Casablanca.
Todo muy bien y professional definitivamente lo recommendaria buena comunicacion y todo se cumplio tal como esta a previsto
Excursion that I highly recommend. Wahid the driver and Idrissi the local guide were really caring. The explanations were clear, I was treated to a kings lunch, beautiful panoramic views and I was even able to shop and find small treasures.
