Casablanca Premium Airport Chauffeur Service

We always arrange our airport pickups via Viator as they are normally terrific. As seasoned OS travellers who use such services regularly, we have rated this a 3/5. Here is why. We had been in contact with the operator prior to landing & after: we were not met outside the ‘Arrivals’ as is common practice. Instead we were advised to head out to the roadway & await him. Then the issues began (this is 1am morning time). We used WhatsApp to communicate. In short we were backwards & forwards without clear instructions whilst we were being pestered by hawkers touting for business. After finally sending us a pic of his car/number plate (at our insistence), he arrived minutes later. He did not take control at the pickup as he saw the touters & their actions: trying to carry our bags for a fee, which we tried to move along. We finally got onto our assigned vehicle, which was clean & quite large just for the two of us & all our stuff. There was no interaction on the one hour journey to our city hotel: that would have been a nice introduction to Morocco. So would we recommend our fellow travellers spend their money, based on our experience: in short, No. It was affordable but forgettable. The operator/driver got the job done without much thought for us the customer. There is no shortage of competition for this service from Casablanca Airport via Viator. Great experience with this transfer from the airport to the hotel. They contacted me before on What’s App to confirm details then stayed in contact until I was picked up by the driver. The car was very nice and the driver was very good. I highly recommend them.

My airport pickup and drop off was seamless. Yahya was very accommodating and patient as we navigated to get our bags, exchanged money, and out of the airport. He was in constant communication. Professional courteous efficient on time pick up and drop off shuttle between airport and hotel at the start and end of a two week vacation. Driver met us at baggage claim, late model clean comfortable van, transfer of luggage. Arrangement was made via Whatsap text/ call prior to arrival and departure. We also used this service to shuttle between Casablanca and Rabat. Responsive and dependable. Great value!

Great experience best to have pre arranged transportation from the airport because its far from downtown everything went great but somehow my driver was waiting but somehow missed him I may have went a different exit than he expected but other than that everything went great.

Nabil did an excellent customer service ensuring our safety all throughout our 7 days trip from Fes, Chefchaouen, Tangier, Marrakesh, Casablanca. He took us to insta worthy places as per our itinerary, he is very patient, polite, very helpful in helping us moving our luggages and he is trustworthy. The driver was on time and super professional. We were running a little late checking out of the hotel, and he texted us not to worry and to take our time. The car was very clean and spacious for my family of five. Yahya at the company helped coordinate everything and was super friendly and responsive. The fees were very reasonable, especially for the quality of the car--a huge Mercedes van that accommodated 7 suitcases (4 large, 3 carry on) easily. Highly recommend!!

Yahya arranged my private transfer to the airport. The transfer was perfect. The car was super spacious and very clean. My driver Nabil drove me to the airport with care. He was very punctual for my pick up.

My wife and I highly recommend this transfer service. The cars and vans are very comfortably and clean and the driver(s) are very friendly and flexible. They brought us to a last minute hammam reservation without any issues and also managed to arrange for a transfer to the mosque right before our flight back home. This allowed us to visit the inside of the mosque and then drive straight to the airport. The driver waited for us outside and showed us where to go for the tickets and entrance. And if you are looking to do a tour of the city, ask for Yahya. He is the guy you need for anything Casablanca related!
