Casablanca Mohamed V Airport To Hotels Private Arrival Transfer

Driver arrived early and communicated meeting location/instructions via phone. He was friendly and helpful.

Our driver was very friendly, stopping to get bottled water for us. The car was clean and the ride was very safe. My only complaint was that the car arrived late and we walked back and forth in front of the terminal looking for him. There was no sign with our name on it.

Mohamed found us at airport even though the instructions for pick up was not exactly clear. Gave us a good history of Morocco during our trip. Would recommend.

Our driver was incredible. Prompt, super helpful and friendly. I didn’t realize Viator did pickups internationally. It was really easy. Two thumbs up.

Great experience! Worked well. Middy had a sign and everything went smooth. Great and informative about Casablanca! Thank you Middy(I apologize if I spelled his name wrong incorrectly)

It was super easy to find our driver. Our flight was delayed, and they were wonderful tracking our flight and picking us up as soon as we arrived. Car was clean and driver was pleasant. Vehicle had Wi-Fi!

I absolutely loved my transfer! The driver Mohammed Elber was very kind and welcoming. He showed me Casablanca with great pride and shared the history of the place with me. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!

The guide called me an arranged pick up when I got to the airport. Everything was on time. Finding him was easy. I am very glad to have arranged this in advance of my arrival

We absolutely would recommend this pick up service as nothing was too much trouble. Aisha and the company was in constant communication with us . Our flight was delayed but he was there waiting as we exited .

Driver was on time. Communication was seamless and helpful. Definitely 5 stars from pick up to drop off.

Great time. Our guide was fun and very knowledgeable. The food was good. He taught us a lot of history.

He was very punctual and shared a lot about Casablanca with us on ride very friendly also I would recommend using him again

Our driver was on time and was very helpful with our luggage. The step-by-step instructions to find our driver were perfect. He drove us safely to our hotel.

Easy pickup and knowledgeable driver. Very friendly.

The service was terrific. The driver was courteous and the car impeccable. The music was soothing and helped us feel at ease. The price was very reasonable and I will gladly use the service again.

Pleasant, on time , good driver, comfortable car spoke good English. Will recommend any time. Thank you

Wonderful time. Our guide even brought us to a beautiful panoramic view on our way back because we had some time to kill. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, my experience with this airport transfer service was very disappointing. Beginning immediately after I landed in Casablanca, I repeatedly tried to communicate with the driver and provide updates as I made my way through passport control, baggage claim, and eventually outside the terminal. I had been told to look for someone holding a specific sign, but despite carefully searching the arrivals area, I could not find anyone matching the description. I remained outside looking for the driver for approximately 20 minutes and also attempted to contact the emergency number provided by the company, but I received no response. At that point, I had no reasonable choice but to arrange alternate transportation to my hotel. I finally heard back from the company only after I was already on my way to the hotel and had requested a refund. Given that this was an airport pickup, timely communication was particularly important. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and inability to locate the driver made the service unusable.

Great communication - much appreciated because our flight was delayed. Detailed instructions about where to meet the driver. Highly recommend.

Youseff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed but he waited for me without any issues. Would book again.

Getting a private transfer from the airport to our hotel was super easy. This made us feel very safe.

Mohammed Elber was an amazing driver and guide! He received us promptly from the airport and delivered us to our hotel with ease. Highly recommend this company and Mohammed as the driver! Thank you!

Driver was waiting for us as we exited airport with a sign. Vehicle was clean and air conditioned. Driver was friendly and provided water to both of us. Would recommend this provider to other travellers.

The airport transfer vehicle was clean and the driver was friendly, though a minor communication slip-up led to a 45-minute wait at the terminal. Once connected, the ride itself went smoothly, making it an otherwise decent experience with just a bit of room for logistical improvement.

Very reliable service, the planning and communication re transfer was perfect. The driver came on time and was very courteous and informative.

Driver was very nice! We came outside a bit late but called and driver showed up quickly!! They sent video were to meet very helpful!!

It’s a mad scramble at the airport and knowing that you don’t have to find a taxi while struggling with your bags makes life easier.

Omari was a great driver who was punctial, hospitable, and professional. My flight was delayed but no problem at all.

Wafdi was an amazing driver. He was waiting for me with a sign when I arrived. Smooth ride from the airport to my hotel in central Casablanca. Recommend 100%.

Great and seamless experience! The company was very responsive on whats app and the viator messaging app.

Smooth ride and always the best I will always recommend them

Our driver went out of his way to make our pickup at the airport. Very good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I shouldve watched the video they sent via Whatsapp and I didn't so I couldn't find them. But that's a me issue! Car was clean, on time and professional.

Good experience!! The driver was nice and friendly.

Booking the pickup was easy and efficient. Our driver was there waiting for us and even provided a video of how to find him. The vehicle was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Will use again to return to airport.

Best transfer service in Morocco. Friendly, efficient and good price. I will definitely book again! Many thanks.

Driver was outside waiting with a sign with my name on it making it very easy for me to locate him! They are very communicative and responsive!! I used them for both leaving the airport and going back!! The vehicle was spacious as well :)

Driver was waiting at airport with sign. Helped carry the bags and had a cold bottle of water waiting. Easy ride to hotel. Informed us of areas we were passing and offered suggestions

Flawless. Spotless, excellent driver. He even stopped and bought us water. Our driver was friendly, informative and an all around great guy. He was exactly where he said he would be with my name on a white board.

Usama was an excellent driver. On time. Polite. Helpful. Very knowledgeable. Knew the town well and helped us with our bags
