Driver was friendly and stopped for a bit because my nephew was getting carsick (not the driving). My nephew was sitting backwards and has a history of getting carsick. Also, we were in contact with the driver so that is reassuring. Most importantly, I accidentally booked the transfer for the wrong dates and within the 24 hour period they allowed me to change to the correct dates...2 weeks later. That was awesome if them, they did not have to do this.

Our flight from JFK landed at Casablanca at 11pm. By the time we passed customs and picked up our luggage, it was closer to midnight. Our driver Youssef waited for us with the sign as we exited Terminal 2. Make sure to go outside the terminal to meet with the driver. I used What’s Up app before we departed to communicate with Trip Safe, the official name of the car company. Driver was courteous, friendly and helpful. Our drive from the airport to hotel was quick and car big enough to fit 4 adults with 4 large pieces of luggage. Youssef had water and AC ready for us. Great experience!
