Casablanca Airport (Cmn) To Casablanca City Center Private Transfer

We had a fantastic experience with Ali, who drove us from Casablanca Airport to our hotel. From the moment we met him, he was warm, professional, and welcoming, which made us feel immediately at ease after a long flight.

Without reservation one of the best airport experiences I have had with family. My sister and I were traveling from Barcelona through Casablanca to Miami. Neither of us had ever been and we were unfamiliar with the culture. The ground support was outstanding. I have mobility challenges and require assistance. The young agent that was assigned to us took us through all the internal exit checkpoints; filed for our transportation vouchers from the airline for overnight stay at an airport hotel; then he waited almost an hour for a shuttle to arrive and take us to the hotel. Simply outstanding support on the ground.

It was easy to communicate with driver and it was easy to find him in airport. I would have given five stars but the whole ride from airport to hotel he was texting and using his iPad to watch fútbol games.

I contacted Jamal over whatsapp and he was very prompt responding. He sent driver to Airport on time who was waiting outside the exit gate of airport. The car was very clean and the ride to our hotel near Hassan 2 mosque was very comfortable. Excellent service provided a very positive experience to start our Morocco trip!!

I booked what was advertised as a “Private” ride, for my flight arriving at 12:25am. My flight was delayed by about 45 mins. I had provided flight number in advance so that my pick up would know in case of such delays. When I landed, it was a no show, so I texted the operator. He said the “shuttle” had already departed and I will have to take a taxi. Being a private ride, I expected them to check flight arrival time and wait. They did issue a refund promptly (hence 2 stars), but you don’t expect to be left high and dry at an airport at 1:35am in the morning!

Flight was delay 10 hours! They were still there !they were waiting without name excellent .great value

We recently had a transfer from the Casablanca airport to our hotel in the city. The driver was timely and easy to find upon arrival. It was a very pleasant experience.

The pick up went smoothly car was clean and driver was easy to communicate with. Customs can he long at arrivals but he waited for us without any issues. We arrived around 1am and so we opted for a private transfer. I would suggest this as taxi rates increase in the evening and there are many potential scams. It usually cost 300+ MAD during the day to get from the airport to the city but rates do increase at night. This gave us peace of mind when arriving in a new country for the first time in the middle of the night!

The host was very good. The tour in the Mosque was a bit long, and I felt a bit pressured to buy things in the market. But, the host was very helpful.

Driver was at airport holding up a sign with our name so it was easy for us to connect. While this feels like a common sense thing to do, other divers were holding up signs with their company name on it. Multiple drivers holding up the same company name didn’t help to connect to their passengers. I’m glad our driver held up a sign with our name.

Communication, had the baby seats as requested. Our driver was waiting for us outside with a sign at our name. Great service that I recommend to everyone!

There was no contact with us before arrival and we didn't know which exit the driver was waiting at. We found him in the end and we're happy that he'd waited. But we weren't offered any bottled water or information about the WiFi that was advertised .The drive was smooth and there were no issues finding our hotel.

The driver was polite and helpful. I had arranged with the company to get a quick tour of Casablanca after our hotel check in since we were arriving early in the day and had no idea about the location. He waited for us during the hotel check in, but the feeling of being rushed didn’t help the mood. The company promised an hour to get ourselves settled at the hotel, but he started texting me within in 15 minutes before we reached our room. I’m sure it was miscommunication between him and the company. We took a quick tour and the supermarket which was so helpful. It helped us but be ready. I paid USD directly to the driver.

We were contacted ahead of arrival about our pickup. When they learned how much baggage we had they upgraded us to a van at no extra charge which was very nice. Unfortunately, even though we provided address ahead of time our driver had no idea where our place was and we were lost for about 45 minutes.

The company was in communication through whatsapp. My luggage from Montreal was off the carousel, but it was so crowded I did not notice until crowd dispersed. Driver was patient. When you are solo trying to book a private driver, it is difficult, because they charge less with group. However, this price was reasonable. Was able to book same company for the return to the airport.

Jamal was very attentive for arranging an arrival transfer from Casablanca airport to the city centre. He ensured that there were no language barriers causing issues. He communicated with me every step of the way. I’ve continued to use Casablanca Tours for transfers from the airport to the city and back. Whilst the transfers are not cheap, they provide a reliable service. To me this is essential, and the reason why I’ve continued to use them over other transport providers.

Had a good experience. They contacted me before take off at home by WhatsApp as the destination address wasn't clear and kept in contact until I met the driver. The driver even called my friends for verification of the route and destination. Being the first time here in casablanca this was a good way to start!

I have been using Casablanca Tours for 3 years and everytime I have found them to be very reliable they are on time to meet me very pleasant polite and very helpful and and I even was listening to English music when I was travelling to the apartment and I felt that was lovely overall I found the journeys most enjoyable and Jamal was contacting me before I had even arrived

We easily found our driver on arrival and had both the driver and coordinator writing us on WhatsApp to make sure we found each other easily. The van was newer and comfortable (much more than the taxis). We ended up booking return service to the airport which was equally good quality.

Un servicio muy recomendable cuando vas de viaje a un país extranjero sobre todo si la llegada del vuelo es de noche. El nuestro llego casi con 1 hora de retraso y no tuvimos ningún problema nos estaba esperando a la salida del aeropuerto con un cartel con nuestro nombre. El coches esta muy bien y el conductor muy amable. El único inconveniente es que no hablaban en ingles ni en español, solamente árabe y francés.
