We were picked up for our private transfer at the airport for a drop off at the Radisson Blu City Centre. Our driver had an immaculate car and was waiting for us at 7.00pm. He was such a lovely chap, helpful, informative and with such an extensive knowledge of Casablancca and the history of Morocco.

It was an amazing experience. The drive was as smooth as the road permits haha but very comfortable. The car is spacious and vdry clean. The service was amazing too. He is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of suggestions and made the trip even better. I totally recommend

This experience was exactly as advertised. $35pp for a 4 hour private tour. The vehicle was newer and very clean. Our driver, Oussama, was an absolute delight! He knew his history. He was happy to do whatever we wanted and happy to make recommendations. Looking back on it, the deal seems too good to be true, but it is for real! We had a blast on this evening tour of Casablanca. Our driver took us to different spots of the city for some great pictures and have us interesting information about the city . He also took us to a local restaurant and waited while we had dinner . He also helped us order since we do not speak French or Arabic . The conversations we shared with him were good. We would recommend booking this excursion for sure !

My father and I used Premium Transfers and Tours for an airport pickup in Casablanca to our hotel, and the experience was excellent. Despite our late-night arrival, their communication, punctuality, and customer service were outstanding. We also booked them for a private transfer from Casablanca to Marrakech, which was just as seamless. The vehicles were spacious, with water and WiFi provided for added comfort. Hamid was an excellent host and guide. He was very knowledgeable and patient, always asking if we are OK. A very worthwhile experience. Definitely worth doing.

We took the free shuttle provided by the cruise line which dropped us at the United Nations Square. Ali was flexible and able to meet us there. He was a safe and knowledgeable driver. He went out of his way to get us last minute tickets and tour of the mosque. He was a lot of fun and made sure we saw all the important sites and market shopping areas. When we mentioned we would like to have an authentic Moroccan meal he took us to a lovely family owned restaurant Le Cuistot where the food was amazing. We had a great day and got to have a nice overview of Casablanca.

We appreciated that Kelsey waited alittle longer than expected due to the baggage carousel became inoperable from numerous large suitcases of the South African Football team. We want to Thank Kelsey for taking us safely to our hotel in Casablanca.

Ali took us to all the notable sites and then some! He not only secured us tickets and a tour to the mosque last minute, but helped us navigate the Habouss market and also took us to a delicious traditional Moroccan restaurant Le Cuistot. Ali was an excellent driver -We felt completely safe and secure.

The driver was great and took us to the sights and local places we hoped to see. However, Viator and Premium Transfers and Tour made a huge mistake in telling us multiple times, including in a confirmation email the morning of the tour, that the driver would pick us up at the cruise terminal. It was only after we left the terminal without a shuttle bus reservation that the driver told us we had to meet him at UN Square. An unfortunate start to a good tour. Very disappointed in that mistake in an important detail.

Our driver, Medhi, was professional and knowledgeable. His tour stops hit everywhere we expected. He was a careful driver and we felt safe at all times. He brought us to some great local places, which we very much appreciated. However, the companies, Premium Transfer and Tours, and Viator made a huge mistake in telling us the driver would meet us at the cruise terminal. We didn't learn until exiting the terminal without shuttle bus tickets that the driver would only meet us at UN Square. A terrible start to a tour that ended up very good.

Mehdi was an excellent tour guide. He took us to all the recommended sights (Mosque, cathedrals, seaside promenade, ‘pigeon square’ and then some. The Hassan Mosque is beautiful and definitely worth the tour. The drive around the city was informational but it was hard to see some of the things from the van. We enjoyed going through several marketplaces and even the fish market! He recommended a local restaurant- Le cuisto which was outstanding. It was a fantastic day and he took great care of us. Highly recommend!

7 of us travelling to Morocco for the first time. Casablanca as a pleasant surprise and introduction to this country especially with our driver Ali showing us the different cites in this city.

This was the perfect way to see Casablanca during our 22 hour layover. Our driver, Oussama was phenomenal. He incorporated our requested stops while adding to our itinerary with his own recommendations. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. The restaurant Oussama took us to for lunch, le cuistot Traditionnel Cafe Restaurant, was out of this world! Hands down 1 of the top 5 meals I've ever eaten. Hotel to airport service, customized tour, perfect experience.

Superb driver. We felt unusually safe throughout the day because he was one of the former Secret Service bodyguards for the King for over 20 years. He’s a big powerful man still in excellent physical condition and the three time national champion J’jetsu. Super nice gentlemen, father of two children married, dedicated family man.

We started our day out with a wonderful greeting from Youseef! All our requests were met . One request was to eat traditional Moroccan food , he did not fail us ! Lunch was delicious. Driver provided did not speak english. Seems when an english person books through your company, your driver should be able to communicate.

Good job! We wanted an overview of the city. He delivered in 4 hours. We tried to extend but couldn’t.

We used them for a transfer from our hotel in Casablanca to the airport . The driver was on time and very friendly. He spoke English well. They were also able to arrange the fast track for us.

Our trip to Casablanca was short notice and we did not realize until we work up after a late arrival, how far apart the sites we wanted to see were. I was able to schedule a car for the morning. Hamza arrived promptly with a very comfortable car and he made our list work - he coordinated the locations and opening times like a jigsaw puzzle master, and adapted to some unexpected needs with composure and good cheer.

Do not book this as they contact you 1 hour before they are supposed to pick you with a lame excuse saying they have technical problems when you see the same company picking up other customers seems like they had a better offer do not trust them you have been warned

Car arrived earlier than planned, but waited for us with no problem as we were not ready. Nice Mercedes van with leather seats and air conditioning. Driver spoke good English and explained where we went well. Provided cold bottled water and tissues. Would defo recommend and use again.

Everything went better than expected! Hamid was a wonderful tour guide, professional and very informative in showing us Casablanca. In limited time since we came in from a cruise ship, he took us to all the best sites throughout the city. He is a skilled and careful driver and was able to get us in and up close to what ever we wanted to see. We originally had reservations at Ricks cafe but quickly took his advice of eating authentic local food at a Resturant downtown. We felt very comfortable and safe with Hamid and would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to see Casablanca up close.

Belmaalem Oussama of Premium was a knowledgeable tour guide. He took us to a number great spots off the beaten path with great views for photos. He knows the history and sigificance of the important sites. He even recommended a great Morrocan restaurant. Good English.

Medhit was highly professional, spoke and understood English well, made special effort to get into must see attractions, while reserving exactly the right amount of time we requested for bargaining for high quality, locally produced merchandise. The highlight was lunch at Rick’s Cafe. He, also, loads and unloaded my mobility scooter at every stop and without complaint. I highly recommend his services.

My 3 year old and I had a lovely time touring the streets of Casablanca. Shukran, Youssef Benmouki for your patience and knowing which places to go with a kid of that age. Yet again you delivered a 5 star service.

Our driver Hamid made our whole trip! He picked us up at the airport and accompanied us the whole 7 days after as we traveled up and down the country—in to the desert, mountains, valleys and cities all over. We were two women traveling with a loose and unpredictable itinerary, but Hamid was very patient and attentive. We felt we had a friend and protector the whole time and we couldn’t have had such a wonderful trip without him. Thank you!

Youssef was an awesome guide. I booked the tour the day before my flight arrived in Casablanca. I had a 6 hour layover which gave me 4 hours for a city tour. I received instruction when I landed and Youseff sent me a message and picture and found me outside the airport. He provided a nice history of Casablanca and we went to visit the Mosque, Parc de la ligue arabe, beach areas, local shopping, and drove by fun sites like the Kings Palace, Anfa Hills, and the "downtown area". Highly recommend booking and asking for Youssef for any of your Morocco tours:) He is professional, accommodating, and fun!

What a nice arrival into Casablanca airport. Our driver, Zouhair was waiting for us as we exited the terminal and was a burst of enthusiasm. We very much enjoyed our ride to our city center hotel because of his personality, charm and good driving, of course. We highly recommend this company and Zouhair!

He waited for us at the airport. He was very nice and friendly. The car looked great with airconditioning in it. While he brought us to our hotel, he told us nice things about Casablanca.

Youssef was very helpful and friendly. He showed me where to go after I picked up my luggage and he was waiting for me. He gave me a dinner recommendation and showed me where I could walk to the Cornish. He told me some history and information about Morocco and Casablanca. Definitely recommend him.
