We had an unforgettable time in Morocco, largely thanks to our wonderful driver, Abdule. He was an excellent and safe driver, a joy to spend time with, and incredibly knowledgeable. He truly made our experience special. Our guides were outstanding. They spoke very good English, were very knowledgeable and delightful to spend time with. The cities and places we visited were unique in each their own way and we would not have wanted to miss seeing any of them. Chefchaouen was particularly beautiful and serene and we wish we would have spent another day there. Our time in the desert is something we will never forget and was truly awe inspiring. The crew at the camp were delightful, enthusiastic and entertaining. We will never forget how Moroccans made us feel very welcome by sharing their cultural and heritage with us. They are proud of their country as they should be. Overall, we had an incredible trip and truly appreciate all the effort that went into making it happen. We would highly recommend Best of Morocco to anyone.

Reviews
Fantastic! So much to see and learn about this amazing country. Between our amazingly skilled driver and our knowledgeable private tour guides we visited, saw, and learned a lot about Morocco and its people. Food? The food was so good, I think we ate our way around the country. 'Best of Morocco Tours' was great to work with. Even before we left for the trip, the tour operator was quick to respond to any questions we had and took care of any concerns promptely. While in country, they checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely and followed up with during the trip to make sure everything was good. They were kind enough to arrange a great New Years dinner (something we didn't think about) for my family and took care of any issues that came up while in country. We had a great time. Thank you for a memorable trip Best of Morocco Tours!
I don’t want to shortcut my review and would highly recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys culture, architecture, handicrafts etc. at their own pace. There is so much to see and the tour company was very easy to work with. Four of us 50+ decided on a whim and booked this tour since it was available - literally the day before leaving from Toronto. We weren’t sure of what to expect, but the tour company “Best of Moroccan Tours” Waleed and Ayoub were so organized and our “EXCELLENT” driver Hicham made the trip a truly great experience! Hicham was with us from the pickup at the airport till the last day and made sure we felt safe everywhere without having to worry about anything. I haven’t mentioned much about the food below but it was Tajine all the way besides Tanjia and everything else in between… especially the refreshing Moroccan tea! Day 1 Casablanca to Marrakech – we stayed at a Riad (our first time) which was such a great experience - basically a quaint culturally designed mansion with several rooms and a centre courtyard. We loved every moment of it - everything was so well designed, colorful and beautifully lit – like an Aladdin theme! The people were very helpful, friendly and simple. Breakfast was great and stay was simply awesome. They have all the basic conveniences of a hotel though not a pool or exercise room (at least not at the one we stayed here) … then again you would lose the charm of the local culture. Day 2 Marrakech City Tour – Lots to see and the souks were bustling with activity. Ofcourse there was shopping though we didn’t plan for it. The street we lived on looked crowded and we weren’t sure of our safety - However, our driver Hicham assured it was a safe place and we ended up eating at the restaurants sitting by the road side – was such a great experience – great food and we never had any issues with all the grills, fruit juices etc. Day 3 Marrakech to Kasbah ait benhaddou & overnight in Ouarzazate There was so much driving this day but the terrain is so different from one place to another. Our driver Hicham warned us the Kasbah is for strong people and we’re glad the ladies decided to go down into the valley. The wind gusts were too strong on top and it was scary because we couldn’t take a single step forward for a long time while on top or we’d lose balance – don’t expect North American safety railings! We didn’t think great of the Movie Studio at Ourzazate, but the stay was good. Day 4 Ouarzazate - Todra Gorges - Erfoud - Merzouga The Todra Gorges – just showed up suddenly and it was mind blowing! The stay was literally at the border of the Sahara and we did a short camel ride. The Berber guy at the Riad Azou was very entertaining – pictures are awesome! Day 5 Merzouga - Fes After a bit of driving suddenly the desert changes to agriculture land and then we’re in a major city – McDonald’s and all! Day 6 Fes city tour : This day the guide took us through the city – decent tour. Day 7 Fes - Meknes - Volubilis - Chefchaouen Volubilis – the Roman city in the middle of nowhere… just totally amazing and breath taking! The guide explained everything there is to the architecture and what is still being discovered. OMG the blue city Chefchaouen was totally amazing – photographs galore. Initially we weren’t sure it was safe with all the narrow streets in front of people’s houses and then we realized it is a very safe place and the people are very friendly. Our stay was in such an exotic Riad – the décor, food etc. were amazing Day 8 Chefchaouen - Tangier - Rabat Tangier was beautiful by the sea. We hired a guide Abdul who was worth it in understanding the grotto even though it was small. Rabat was interesting at the mausoleum and also the viewpoint – however the guide was quite useless and seemed to be in a hurry. There were some teenagers hanging around looking to get money from tourists and it wasn’t very comfortable. Better to be aware and not use their hospitality/ accompaniment, since they demand money. The views were great though. Day 9 Rabat - Casablanca The Hassan II Mosque was out of this world and is a must see – totally mind blowing! Our driver Hicham made sure we had the timings correct for visit outside the prayer timings. Casablanca is busy, but interesting in it’s own way – great way to end our vacation.
It’s a great experience, well organized, staff is super professional, and your living the Moroccan life; the Casablanca experience in full effect
This is absolutely the best trip I have done. Every day was a WOW day. The scenery was stunning and totally unexpected. There were unplanned surprises along the way which were accommodated effortlessly. The small group was taken care of admirably. Lots of different types of accommodation but all highly acceptable. The tour manager Ayoub were professional and quick acting on all our requests.
My first trip to Morocco was so wonderful with best of morocco tours, fantastic organisation and local knowledge. I really saw and experienced so much more than I would have on my own.
Our 10 days small group tour of north & south of Morocco is definitely a highlight. When we return to Morocco will definitely be choosing a tour with Best of Morocco Tours. Couldn't recommend this company higher. Excellent.
Recently my partner and I spent two weeks travelling in Morocco. We booked our Morocco tour with BOM TOURS. The personalised package that we booked with Ayoub Sadeddine the manager, turned out to be exactly what we wanted. The tour was very good value that could not be matched by any Australian group that we know of. When we were organising the trip there were some key places we knew we wanted to go old's medina of Fes, golden dunes of Merzouga, Marrakech... The result was a smooth itinerary that was a lot of fun, covered the key sites we were keen to see but also allowed us time to relax. Our driver for most of the time was Mohamed who was fantastic and made us feel very safe on the hectic Moroccan streets.
Every part of this trip makes a special type of memory. What’s important that all are nice memorable moments. During these 10 days in Morocco one can see a variety of terrains and historical places. One day you are in a very busy narrow streets traditional market (Marrakesh Souk), and the next you can enjoy the nice quite and serene desert of (Marzoka). There are many things to see and enjoy in the mountains of the blue city (Chefchaouen). The most important element in making this tour a success is our driver (Mr. Hicahm Lemrani) who knows where to go and what to see. And also Mr. Ayoub Sadeddine, the trip organizer and tour operator. Thy were both helpful and flexible to make any adjustments as required to meet our needs. In simple words, this excellent tour is only successful because of the tour operator and the experience of our trip companion and, of course, the beauty of Morocco.
Our 12 days Morocco tour was an incredible experience with a great range of activities and locations. The itinerary was great, never too much or too little over each day. I loved the local involvement in the trip such as our dinner in The old city of Fes, the breakfast with Nomads in the Atlas mountains and the camel ride in Merzouga dunes. Everything was brilliant, we did so many great activities and there were none that I didn’t enjoy. We always had enough to do but there wasn’t too much pressure with too many activities either. Hajar was an amazing leader, she always shared her knowledge and always joined in the fun as part of the group also. Our local guides were great and so welcoming. My trip to Morocco was definitely the best holiday I have ever been on, and I will definitely join more with Best of Morocco. Each part of the trip was so different and exciting with so many opportunities to meet local people, with a great range of activities spread over the trip. My only complaint is that « I couldn’t stay longer! ».
We would like to say thank you for a marvellous time in Morocco! We are deeply impressed by the excellent organisation of all the guides, hotels and the drives to the north and south unique places in your beautiful country. We did not have to wait for one single minute; everyone took outstanding care of us. And we would like to emphasize the fantastic job of your driver Nabil! We will definitely recommend your company to our friends. Thank you and best wishes from UK.
would like to take this opportunity to convey our thanks to you for making our Morocco a truly memorable one. The hotels, pickups, tour sights , guides & other arrangements made by Best of Morocco tours team were superb & very well executed. We were lucky to see the the north and the south in 10 days - thanks for all the amazing and panoramique stops. The buggy & camel ride in Merzouga was a grand experience.
Thank you so much for going over and above expectations for our Morocco tour – it was awesome!! Everyone had such a great time and loved everything we did! Ayoub was wonderful and took such good care of us! He has a wealth of knowledge! All of our drivers were super, too. There are not enough words to tell you how much we all loved the trip – Morocco is just amazing!
I think the trip, overall, was a huge success. Everything went as planned. Having the north and the south of Morocco in our shedules was fabulous. I referred to that SO many times for details, using both the schedule by day and the pdf of the Final Itinerary. Both had different info that I needed to see.... I think Best of morocco tours did a great job of summarizing the itinerary & communicating to me throughout the trip. Pretty impressed with their support.... I really appreciated your communication with me during the trip, particularly getting the upgrade back for me.... I had an absolutely fabulous time. I was traveling alone but never felt alone. You did an amazing job, and I have already told people about you and your help. I will definitely visite Morocco again in the near future!
My wife, and I took the north & south tour from “best of morocco”. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip but, more importantly, enjoyed Ayoub as our guide. he was so pleasant, informative, and kept the narrative to a minimum so we could visit with each other while on the road. Thank you, Ayoub, for making our trip even more special by attending to our needs, keeping us “on time” and allowing us free times in the mane spots…a great way to meet more locals
We just finished our trip through Morocco. It was a great experience, you can be proud of your country. Your services were 10 out of 10. Also our guides in Marrakech, Fes, Chefchaouen was 10 out of 10. Many thanks again
This was my first visit to Morocco, and it was wonderful. We had a tour manager, an expert driver and local guides to take us round & show us the sites. The hotels and Riads where excellent, full of character, quiet & secluded. The itinerary from Tangier to Agadir was a great mix - Imperial sites, Sahara and some more recent cities. Some truly superb museums, and some more day-to-day places, such as Volubilis, all drawn together to provide a fascinating Roman mosaic. We visited good restaurants, where we were guided & encouraged to sample local specialities. There was free time for us to see some essential sites independently, and there was guidance on how to use the free time we had. All in all a great week. Best of Morocco Tours are a provider who take small groups on holidays that are primarily based on cultural sights, but also look to ensure that you enjoy each place as much as possible. You always stay in hotels with character, and eat the finest of local foods.
My experience, a week-long tour of Morocco was superb. We saw not only the usual tourist sites, but several that were certainly off the beaten track. The organization of the tour and the accommodations were excellent and the meals, superb. Our local guides, were enormously knowledgeable, did a wonderful job of sharing their knowledge for every site we visited, thanks for our driver Anis for everything he had done to make Morocco trip unforgettable.
Incredible . Our best tour operator yet. The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with some hard to get reservations. The transfers were perfect and done with a high class Mercedes vehicle. Everything worked like clockwork. However, it was the genius of the itinerary, coupled with our two passionate professionals, Ayoub and Hajar, that put this Morocco tour into the A plus category
We had the most remarkable tour with Best of Morocco Tours Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides and our driver cared about us, and did their best to make this trip memorable. we were pleasantly surprised by the diversity the country and we loved the delicious Moroccan meals served during the tour, every spot and every new activity offered was a great experiences. We definitely will be back to Morocco.
The guide & driver were wonderful really enjoy learning about Morocco with team and they always made feel save and secure
The professional service from the crew in Morocco was superb, the tour guide went beyond his duty to make our experience enjoyable, the places visited were excellent. An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to know more about Morocco. Sad the tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly as well as Ahmed the driver.
Let me start by saying this tour was a great experience for myself and my wife. I had been in Morocco some 30 years ago and was very surprised and delighted to see how much had changed .. for a better life. Morocco is now a modern 21st century country which brings with it a new set of challenges to Moroccan society. The tour itself was fascinating - a mix of old and new, a conflagration of tourist hot spots and small city and village visits, above all the welcoming hospitality of Moroccan people to their international guests. Best of Morocco tours made the tour absolutely easy and comfortable through its attention to all details and preparedness to go a bit further in ensuring our Morocco visit was not just a tour but an experience. Around every corner was a new adventure! It was comforting to be met by company representatives at each stage of our tour and special mention must be given to the efforts of Said and his excellent tour guiding and to Mr Hassan for his excellent driving - at no time did we feel unsafe in the journey between cities and landmarks. We wish you and your team well and we will be back.
A huge thank you for all the services rendered on our holiday „Best of Morocco Tours“ in Morocco during December 2019. All the excursions during the trip were well organised and we enjoyed every minute of the tour. We had a hassle-free and memorable trip. We had a car with excellent driver and guide, all of whom exhibited the highest professionalism, safety and knowledge. Mr. Ayoub our Tour Manager was brilliant and flexible if we had something in particular we wanted to stay longer for. He was helpful and also willing to show us additional and alternative points of interest. Our driver Mr. Rachid was a very patient driver and skillful in the roads, animals, buses, people etc. that you encounter on Morocco roads. The hotels chosen were all of a good quality but we have to single out the Riad in Marrakech as the best hotel of our trip. The entire trip was extremely well executed and organized.
I have been to Morocco it such a wonderful time for me. I saw see a lot of thing in there I have a very good experience tour guide with my group and also very good coach captian with a 5 stars coach. If I will be there this company will by my choice. And I strongly recommend Regards Andy
