Pestana Casablanca Seaside Suites & Residences

My stay at Pestana was an amazing experience. From the service to the residence itself, everything was excellent. When we arrived, we had some technical issues with our room, but the staff acted promptly and moved us to a new one. The pool area was exactly what we needed — very comfortable. We even received bar service delivered directly to the pool, even though it’s not usually offered outside the summer season. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of fresh options. Overall, it was a great experience that I strongly recommend. If I return to Casablanca, I will definitely choose Pestana again. Thank you to all the staff — from the restaurant, reception, housekeeping, and the director — for being so welcoming and genuinely warm. Shoukran from the heart.

Let’s start with the positives: the hotel is in a great location near the beach, and the breakfast is genuinely good, with a nice selection of coffee and fresh juices. The reception staff also generally have a pleasant and welcoming disposition. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The negatives significantly outweigh the positives, particularly for a hotel positioning itself as a “4-star” property. The rooms are poorly maintained and clearly need more attention to cleanliness, upkeep, and overall management. Throughout the hotel, there were tattered and stained towels, dirty floors and sofas, and broken entry-door systems. These are basic standards that should not be overlooked at a 4-star hotel, especially given the price point. What is most disappointing is that these issues take away from what could otherwise be a very enjoyable stay in such a beautiful country. Morocco deserves better, and the hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience if management addresses these issues seriously. My advice to management is simple: invest in the basic upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of the property. At this price point, guests should not have to overlook these fundamental issues. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this hotel.
