Odyssee Boutique Hotel Casablanca

The breakfast area people are very friendly and helpful But room service they are not providing the drinks as tea or Nescafé every day and we should call very day to do this service But overall the people were very friendly

We had a very bad experience staying in this hotel. The biggest problem we had with the hotel was that there is a night club next door, in fact there is access to the club from the lobby of the hotel, and they had extremely loud music and noise that was echoing theoughout the rooms and even hallways until 5 in the morning for the 2 nights we stayed there. We literally could not sleep until after 5am and when the noise died down. Other things about the hotel: - our bed and bathroom were clean, but the carpet and floor were not. - very basic breakfast - the neighborhood was good

Terrible hotel! Not recommending to anyone! The rooms are smelly, the view is a disaster. The cleaning ladies are not closing the room doors properly so one time when I went back to my room, the door was open, anybody could enter freely…….. I saw other doors were open too after cleaning. And the worst part: there are 2 reception young ladies (usually they stick together) they were not showing any professionalism, were passive-aggressive, and when I requested a room change due to the bad smell, they were insulted and from that moment, my room card was not working, every time I had to go down to the reception and request to activate my card… They were enjoying to mess with me. As I was on a business trip, I asked an invoice and they were messing + 30minutes just for one paper, my airport shuttle was waiting extra time for me, not mentioning I was in a hurry to catch my flight!!! This was my first time in Morocco, and I will never come back to this hotel!!!! Only 2 positivity: the staff in the breakfast area were really sweet and helpful, and the londiner was also nice and professional, they saved my hellish days in the hotel. Thank you for them once again, they deserve a bonus. Location is good but I will give 1 star as this experience was my worst one.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are great and provide everything you need for a comfortable rest. The breakfast was the highlight of my mornings—excellent quality and service. Huge thanks to Mr. Marouan for his thoughtful gesture. I will definitely be back!
