Very noisy and house keeping open doors without any respect of privacy or they will wake you up in the middle of your sleep at morning. Not comfortable at all and not the first or second time, it's every time case. Hope they improve the quality of the calmness in this hotel, as it not good. Maybe reception will try to help , but it's already to late after your peaceful sleep get cut.
I don't recommend if you want a peaceful sleep without being needed to report.
Housekeeping are so loud and very extremely noisy while cleaning others rooms and moving chairs without any kind of sense some are sleeping or resting.
I wrote this because it happens many times when I wake up from noise of thier house keeping. Need an immediate manage and control!
Till the moment I write this review still they push and using so much noise to clean and hitting walls.
Plus refrigerator very very weak, bathroom doors are not getting locked , phone problem and I had to change my room for this and now they asking me to move the room while I'm needing to sleep without solving the main problem of the noise !

At 8:41 a.m., before the check-in time, two female housekeeping staff suddenly unlocked and entered my room without knocking. I wasn’t even dressed yet. It was extremely shocking and made me feel genuinely unsafe. This was a serious invasion of privacy and should never happen in any hotel.
The hotel's location is good, the service is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in was damp, the bathroom was broken, and the staff upstairs were very noisy; they continued despite our warnings. We were not at all satisfied with the room.
The location of the hotel is good, you can get in the centre easy and fast.
Let me talk about the rooms… it definitely needs some maintenance and good cleaning and the bad smell needs to disappear, I took a shower and whole floor is flooding, the shower-head is spraying everywhere(definitely needs a cleaning) the shower as you can see on the photos, is fully filled with water, which makes me feel super uncomfortable and unhygienic.
Towels were dirty and I am scared of using it, it’s covered with different coloured spots ..
Hairdryer is very weak, it’s hard to dry my hair with this.
The menu on the table is sticky, which I believe never has been wiped.
Tv doesn’t have connection to the internet which annoys me I cannot watch Netflix or at least connect my phone to the tv and there is no English Channels..
The hotel is in general very noisy..
Oh, what made my stay even more interesting is, that I came out of my room and I put do not disturb sign, which turned out to be switched to “ready to clean my room” also this happened with my friend the same day.
I would not classify this as a 5 star hotel. Maybe for Moroccon standards it’s a good hotel, but being an American I expected better. The bathroom was outdated. The shower had cracks, there was a stain on the toilet seat, and water in the sink kept backing up.
