My favorite stay in Casablanca! The room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was super comfy and the staff was nice. The breakfast also had a wide selection of food. The location is great and is near bus and tram stations. Highly recommended!!

Very surprised by the reviews... Super attentive staff - managed to provide me with a charger, upgraded to a better room, very accomodating with check out time etc. Ayoub and Kaouthar were real examples of Moroccan hospitality. The location is also very handy if you can order a taxi with your phone - I was always roughly 10 minutes drive from downtown or wherever I needed to be. I would definetely come again. Thank you for your care, Anissa
To sum it up, this Hotel is good/okay. The good things first. The staff is really nice and helpful. Especially the breakfast staff like Chaouki, he was very nice. We also got a free uograde which was also very nice and we were super grateful for. Also the location is good, you reach various places by walking. The hotel itself was also looking very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and the bed really comfortable. The bad things were that there was a big water dammage in our room. Every time you put the AC on or off, there would be water running from the walls. Another thing was the breakfast. Even though it had some good food options and some were delicious, everything especially the pastry and bread were really dry. And there were too many small flies in the juice area. But good was that Chaouki always made us juice and eggs and he really cared for us.
Nothing great here. Room is clean, bathroom is small, not enough counter space, hair dryer is sufficient, water pressure in shower is good, ample towels. Wifi is good. Breakfast buffet has ample food - scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, pastry, yogurt, apples. Coffee is from a machine. Front desk person was not very welcoming. At one point, she was sitting on the couch looking at her phone. Bagged breakfast (for early departure) consists of 1 bruised apple, 1 over-ripe banana, 1 yogurt, 2 hard boiled eggs, bun wrapped in foil, jam and butter, no napkins, no spoon, no knife in the bag
My experience at this hotel was not great. It was very basic overall and didn’t quite meet my expectations. On the day I was checking out, a friend came to help me bring down my luggage, but they were not allowed into the room because I had paid for single occupancy. I found this quite surprising, as I have never experienced a hotel restricting a visitor from briefly coming up to assist with luggage. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I asked him to wait at the reception, but it was honestly embarrassing. There was also an issue during payment where I was asked to try multiple cards, and it was made to seem like my cards were faulty. It was later discovered that their POS machine was the problem. That situation could have been handled more professionally. The rooms were very basic. The only exceptional service I received was from the porter, an elderly gentleman who was warm and kind. The breakfast was also nice. Aside from those two positives, the overall experience was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again.
