Amazing people and incredible service! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I absolutely love Morocco, and I want to give a special shoutout to Ayoub and Amid for their fantastic service at breakfast. I 100% recommend coming here!
One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed. It’s a great location, the lobby is beautiful and very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you want. But what really puts this place above and beyond other hotels is its staff. They are so focused on giving the guests the best possible experience, and they are more than happy to help with anything and everything - from taking bags to rooms, to cleaning the room at a more convenient time for you, giving you extra copies of the key - anything. Every request my party made was taken as if the staff genuinely appreciated helping us, and they always did it with a smile. I cannot recommend this place enough - some of the kindest hotel workers I have ever encountered all work here, they clearly have a top of the line vetting process. 5 stars.
