back in llandeilo, my home town of birth and, where I spent my first 21 years of my life. back home visiting some friends. stayed at the cawdor, great hotel, fantastic staff, room was superb. breakfast really very good. Sunday roast was excellent. cawdor pavlova to die for. always a pleasure staying in this superb hotel.
Do yourself a favor and go stay at this gorgeous hotel! 45 minutes from the Swansea Train Station, it is a total gem of a hotel and absolutely precious. Centrally located on the high street, you can easily hop around town and enjoy all the village has to offer. Go across the street to the White Horse which is the Cawdor's sister restaurant/bar. Everyone at the Cawdor was extremely welcoming and kind. Even without AC, the rooms were cool with the help of a fan and windows with the breeze. Highly recommend!!
My stay in Wales was truly memorable! The hotel is a beautiful place, and the exceptional, polite, and friendly staff made the experience even better. 🥰 The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. 🤩 Highly recommend! ✨
We were staying in Llandeilo and popped into to Cawdor for lunch. Fantastic food...I had bacon chops on a bed of colcannon with parsley sauce and topped with a poached egg. My other half had fish n chips! Both meals were beautiful. Perfectly cooked fish with crispy chips. Highly recommend.
A fantastic stay at the Cawdor Hotel in Llandeilo as a solo business traveller. My bedroom was spotless, comfortable, and well presented, with a great bathroom that felt modern and well maintained. Parking was easy and secure, which was very convenient when travelling for work. For EV drivers, there is a single Tesla charger available on site – £10 for five hours or £20 overnight. It is a 50% current limited slower 3kW charger, but very handy to have. Overall, an excellent hotel with great facilities and a very welcoming atmosphere. I would happily stay again.
