The stay was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. A special shout‑out to Lit, who was exceptionally kind and attentive at the restaurant during breakfast. Their service truly stood out and was very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
What a lovely, comfortable and well maintained hotel. The room is spacious and bright with cooling and heating. There are two gyms and a pool with sauna and steam, with dedicated changing rooms. There are places for young children to play and the whole place is family-friendly. The dining / bar area is open feom 6:30am and offers a fantastic range of food and drink. Crucially all of the staff have been welcoming, enthusiaatic and helpful, making us feel very comfortable here. Tje location is a 15/min walk from the twon centre and 20-25/min walk from the castle quarter to the north ane the bay area to the south. We will be veey happy to return again. A wonderful stay from start to finish. David and Anthony were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive from our very first interaction, making us feel genuinely welcome. Barbara and Ana at reception were also fantastic, always helpful and happy to assist, with Barbara even recommending a nice place for dinner. The hotel is well located, comfortable and definitely a place we would happily return to. Many thanks to the whole team for their excellent hospitality.
I recently stayed at Novotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made my stay exceptional was Hayley. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm attitude and outstanding customer service made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thank you, Hayley, for making my stay so memorable. You are a real credit to the Novotel team. We stayed for 4 nights over Easter weekend. The room was really spacious and comfortable. Our daughter has some additional needs and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Wanting to know what could be done to make our stay easier and more comfortable. A massive difference from other hotels that didnt want to know. From the food and beverage team, the manager was great at recognising the additional assistance required with food for our little one. Allowing us the use of the kitchen microwave to cook her food (special diet). She made a new best friend Lit at breakfast each morning. He is an absolutely incredible people person and we cant say enough good things about him. Really friendly, going out of his way to get a strawberry or something to add to her porridge, engaging with her and even finding out it was my birthday and arranging a small surprise too. Wasnt just us either, he had similar interactions with other guests so you can see he is genuinely a really great person. Wish he was everywhere we end up staying in the future but that would be a HUGE loss to Novotel! Thank you for a great weekend.
