Great day. It rained initially so its good to be prepared for the change in weather. Dominic was an excellent guide. We had a small group so our day went smoothly. He allowed for persons in the group to complete different activities. Our family opted for the chair lift-fantastic views, and some of our family did a boat ride at the end of the day, also great. It was easy to find meeting spot and easy to take the ferry back and forth.

This time of year is still a bit crowded. It was frenetic getting our buses to and from the Port, but our guide - Dom was top notch! He worked very hard to make the day enjoyable and informative. Even though we selected English as our language, we were paired with people from other countries who spoke different languages. The good news was that Dom spoke them all. The chair lift to the top of Anicapri was amazing and with this tour, Dom helped us skip the line - which almost an hour wait! Then took us to beautiful gardens in Capri with beautiful views. Nice day!

Our guide, Dominico , was great. We know his job was difficult because there were four different small group tours within our shuttle bus. He was able to keep track of each group’s different agendas and made every effort to make sure that each group was happy with their experience and received his personalized attention.

The first thing I will say is that we did book this tour the evening before it was to take place,and they accepted our reservation.This tour was a disaster. I had read that the beginning/meeting place was very confusing. That is a total understatement! We were exactly where they told us to be at 10:40, and at 11:40 we finally called the tour number because no one showed up.They instructed us to go across the street and consult with someone over there. They shuffled us onto a bus for the chairlift and told us our guide would meet us there. He did after several more phone calls and apologized for the confusion that had occurred because “we made the reservations late.”He was very personable.He told us about the chairlift and several more things to do at this stop. He got us to the front of a very long chairlift line which was very helpful, and told us to meet him back at a certain spot after we were done seeing everything. We never saw him again. We also did not get to see the Capri or Augustus Gardens part of the tour, because “we ran out of time”. They should not have accepted our reservation if they could not get it organized in time! We truly should get our money back!! BEWARE!

Domenico was very organised, reliable and got us to all parts of the tour program. Anacapri was a nice town and, although we didn't get much time in Capri town, it was also good to see. We paid for the additional boat ride, which was very well worth it.

Our guide Domenic was truly a pleasure to have lead our group. He took the time to explain some history of the areas, where to go for gelato :), pizza and quickly through lines. It was an extremely warm day but Domenic kept his cool and smile throughout the day! Grazie Domenic!

The best way is to take a ferry at 8.30am pay for ferry there only. Buy your return at capri port or you could end up hanging about to return. We got off the ferry and got a bus to the chairlift straightaway so missed the tours and the queues. Capri is busy in july. Positano was silly busy in comparison. The sky lift cost 15 euro each and was a highlight of the holiday. Take a camera

Our guide Dominick was excellent. We got lost getting to meeting point and received a text from him not to stress. We met up and he got us squared away. The island is spectacular, Dominick guided us to the important spots, gave a great place to have lunch and experience the Capri island food scene. The length of time is great, the sites to see were worth it, and free time to wander was great as well.

We struggled to find where to meet since we were joining the tour at the port of Capri but once we did our guide was amazing. We ended up in a huge thunderstorm with heavy rain which was no fault of the tour operator. The chairlift was closed due to lightning so our guide swapped us for the boat tour along the coast. The chair lift ended up opening right before our meeting time with our guide. He swiftly rearranged for us to go to that and take a later bus back down to Capri. He then helped us with our boat tour and made sure we made our ferry back to Naples. He was amazing!

Wonderful experience in Capri ! The tour is more of an organization tour and the guide doesn’t give much information . However our guide was wonderful to arrange the buses , chairlift , and ride around the island including boat ride around island which is a must . I would highly recommend doing this tour as public transportation is extremely hard to get on the buses since they are small and always full . We are very experienced independent travelers and found this tour sooo helpful without it we would not be able to see as much around the island. .

The meeting directions were awful - we nearly missing the tour. We had to find a different tour guide to find the Viator guide - way unacceptable. We’ll give a ‘0’ rating for meeting point. Next tour started almost 45 minutes past scheduled time. We’ll give a ‘1’ rating for promptness. Tour guide was very good. We’ll give him a ‘4’ rating. Time at the chairlift portion of tour was way too short. By the time we got to the top we had to come right back down because we were behind schedule. We’ll give it a ‘2’ rating for being rushed. The time in Capri (middle portion of tour) was woefully short - barely time to wander a get a drink. We’ll give it a ‘1’ rating. The only thing that saved the day was the boat tour (which we paid extra for). We’ll give that a ‘4’ rating. For the money spent - we feel like we got ripped off. Worse tour we have been on. Would like a refund.

We had an amazing time in Capri and Anacapri! The chairlift ride was absolutely breathtaking, and the boat tour was wonderful. Dominic did a fantastic job :) Such a beautiful island!

The Chairlift experience is amazing. We didn’t have to wait long in line for our tickets for the chairlift. The view that this way of transportation offers is amazing you can see Capri from above.

Domenic was a great guide and amazing on the multi-lingual direction and explanations. I would have liked more cultural immersion to the island than shopping time since we were staying on the island and already had this opportunity. The boat ride and chairlift portions are a must!

Nice to have all the transportation figured out for us. Crazy busy with tourists competing for buses etc. Organized but with plenty of free time to explore. Guides were both cheerful and efficient.

just breathtaking views, the silence near the top is uplifting just to hear the birds singing while looking out onto the most spectacular views.

This was a fun and excellent day out on Capri. Fabrizio met us at the port in Naples and guided us onto the ferry. When we landed in Capri we had a lovely boat trip around the entire island. Afterwards we were taken to AnaCapri where we were given the flexibility in what we wanted to do. We explained we wanted to go up monte Solarno and Fabrizio got us the tickets and helped us get to the chairlift. The chairlift ride is wonderful and views from the top are amazing. We were then taken to Capri where we visited a wonderful garden. All in all it was a wonderful trip which we really enjoyed. I highly recommend this trip.

What a beautiful & clever way to reach the top of Monte Solaro. We took the chairlift & the views & peacefulness was worth it. The ride both ways was so quiet & serene, you could hear a pin drop. Along the way up/down you are exposed to one-of-a-kind water, mountain, & city views. You are not far from the ground below, so if you are afraid of heights (I am extremely afraid of heights) don't be, you can easily do this. Nothing frightening at all. Very relaxing & a really cool experience. Once to the top, you get more views from the viewpoint of the entire island. Don't miss out, take the chairlift!

The tour was very good. Our guide was organized and on time. He was knowledgeable and spoke English very well. We toured “backwards” from the schedule as it was raining and he did everything to wait out the weather for the chairlift portion of the tour culminating with a Viator around the island. The only disappointment was that we did not get to see the Blue Grotto (I understand this gas now become normal - no one seems to get into the Grotto anymore?) and we couldn’t complete the entire island boat tour due to rough water.

The chairlift to the summit of Anacapri was one of two highlights. The other was an optional additional cost small boat trip around the island. While it didn’t circumnavigate the island, the areas that were accessed made the entire excursion worthwhile. While the volume of visitors is out of the tour operators control, I believe the bus scheduling could be optimized to better reduce waiting times. It seemed as though our activities were eclipsed by the waiting times for buses and arrangements for multilingual groups to be organized at the departure and pickup locations. Again, out of the tour operator’s control, some participants are unable or unwilling to respect schedules and meeting times and believe their importance eclipses the rest of the group. Frankly, when folks can’t return or show up on time, I’d leave without them. They are not more important than the entirety of the group.

A one of a kind experience that left me with some of the most beautiful memories of my trip to Italy! Fabrizio and his brother did an amazing job at keeping us entertained and guided us to some of the greatest treasures of Capri. I’d recommend taking this trip to anyone visiting Naples.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! We had a terrible experience , right when we showed up to the meeting point no one was there, although later found out he tried to locate us, we didn’t know where to go, finally Dominico comes and the big thunderstorm too!!! We we tried to cancel because we won’t be able to do anything. But he decided to continue. The tour was nothing but just driving us to Anacapri and Capri in the rain., he would just disappear and we have to be in our own. We got our chair lift tickets and that was it. We also had to buy boat tour for another 24.00 this tour is not worth it. Look somewhere else. I’m very dissatisfied because this tour is not worth $125.00 so don’t buy this tour, I wish I could’ve cancelled it the day before. I just had the Pompei tour and there’s no comparison to what we got for the same amount of money. Viator should be more aware of what this people offer before they do sale it .

Dominic, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously well known to ferry/bus/boat/chairlift operators allowing for a seamless transition between places without the hassle of queuing for tickets/access. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

Lovely views, would highly reccomend (especially on a sunny day!), a nice bar at the top. The one thing I’d advise though is that the staff, I really beg, would not come across so anti-tourist. Particularly this one operator who was instructing people from the waiting line to the circular point where you sit on the chairlift, who was bald, had a big tummy (overweight) and fairly short, who was almost coming across like he was angry at working there!

A fantastic tour guide and a fantastic island - the chairlift was the icing on the cake. Fantastic panoramic views bith on the chairlift and at the top. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience.

A great.day with incredible views, but be prepared for hours of transportation. 45.min jetbaot ferry from Naples to Capri, book your tickets early for round trip.as they have a tendency to sellout in high season. You will also need to plan time.to move via taxi or bus from the port in Capri to Anacapri or Capri. Or you can take the cable car directly from the port to Capri. The cable cars are.steps away from the landing docks in Capri. Heading to Anacapri, make sure you make time for the chairlift to the top. Unbelievable panoramic views. Plan a minimum of 20 each way on the lift and be prepared to stand in a long line to get tickets. It is worth the trip!

Anacapri is a gem...let's not even talk about the chairlift, it's jaw-dropping. Both the ascent and the descent were very calm. Once you arrive at the top there is the surprise of a breathtaking view...Dear friends I recommend it, it is 100/100

Very nice guides who paid special attention to everyone. Optional suggestions were also provided. A bit chaotic by German standards - but everything worked out great with a little wait time. It is somewhat more expensive than booking individually on-site, but you save a lot of waiting time.

The tour of Capri was really well organized and perfect even with children: everything smooth, stress-free, and full of unforgettable moments. My children had a great time, especially during the climb in the chairlift, which gave us a spectacular view and many emotions! A big thank you to the guides Fabrizio and Domenico, who with their sympathy, patience and professionalism were able to involve even the little ones, making the day even more special.

Want to see Capri or experience Capri? Because if you just want to see it, just a postcard, but if you want to have fun then you have to call Domenico. We spent a whole day with him and, honestly, we don't know if we took more pictures or had more laughs! Domenico is the soul of the island: he knows everyone, knows every secret and has that overwhelming sympathy that makes you forget the fatigue of the climbs and the sometimes important heat. What makes the tour with him special: Zero boredom: Forget the "robot" guides. Domenico is a volcano of anecdotes, jokes and incredible stories. Pure passion: You can tell he loves his job and Capri and would do anything to make you come home with a smile on your face. Domenico, thank you very much for the epic day! If you are looking for a guide who is also a great character, you can not go wrong. Vote: 11 out of 10!"

The tour was perfectly organized, allowing us to discover the wonders of the island without stress and with the right timing. The ascent by chairlift was undoubtedly one of the most impressive moments: a breathtaking view that alone is worth the whole trip! Special thanks to the guides Fabrizio and Domenico, always available, prepared and above all very nice. They made the whole day even more enjoyable with their professionalism and enthusiasm. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Capri in an authentic and thoughtless way!

Tour interessante,grazie a Fabrizio che è stata una guida molto cortese e ci ha raccontato la vita sull'isola ma è stato soprattutto fondamentale per velocizzare i tempi negli spostamenti sull'isola e ci ha lasciato molto tempo libero.Consiglio a tutti di prendere la seggiovia perché il paesaggio in cima è bellissimo.
