Enzo was awesome! As soon as my trip was booked we communicated via WhatsApp. The instructions were clear and easy. However, the coolest thing about the trip is that it was only my sister and I and he gave us a very personalized tour. He gave us the story of the island and stopped to take pics, he is a great photographer by the way! I could say I made a friend and will definitely be back to book w him!

The meeting point was difficult to find because the address led to a café across the street. Different people gave us different directions, and the boat captain didn’t answer our calls. He later said he had sent us a WhatsApp message, but we never received it. Once we found the boat, everything was great. The tour was beautiful, we stopped at lovely swimming spots, and the captain shared interesting information about Capri (partly in Italian and partly in English). Overall, we really enjoyed the experience despite the confusing start.

Wonderful afternoon spend with Enzo, who was our captain/skipper, a very nice and chatty guy😎 FYI, the tour is a private one and the boat is small thus best suited for 2-4 persons. No changing room no bathroom on the boat though... We thought this was a great experience, but the best part was the skipper Enzo, who was just fantastic. He provided a lot of history and did not rush through the experience. Separate from the boat or the tour guide, the water was very choppy, probably because we did the tour a day after thunderstorms. The boat is small, so it was all a little stressful bouncing up and down on “high” waves. We were thankful for Enzo’s experience because he navigated the boat beautifully!!

We went out for the day with Enzo, from the moment he introduced himself he was full of energy and excitement for the trip. He had stories and facts about every part of the island which kept us entertained the whole day. He took us to the best swimming spots and fed us with snacks and Prosecco. First, I would like to say, and maybe this was my fault, the meeting point is at Capri Marina which is different than where the ferries arrive. Just put Waves of Capri in GPS and follow. When we finally met Enzo he was immediately warm and welcoming. He helped us get on the boat and off we went. The traffic in the Tyrrhenian Sea surrounding Capri in the afternoon could be unsettling, but Enzo is always thinking safety 1st. He maneuvers the boat as if he's been doing this since birth. It was comforting knowing we were in his hands as we are a family of 5. Our childrens ages are 17, 21 and 22. Enzo took us to all the beautiful caves and coves. We had at least three opportunities to swim. Also, we saw the Blue Grotto tour is not what you think. Many, many boats are lined up and the line to get into the tiny boat can take hours on a crowded day. We saw the line for ourselves, no thank you. Enzo took us to a similar place and more while staying in his boat and capable hands. Our family came here for the day. We are staying in Rome and we enjoyed a relaxing day with a great captain, Enzo. Thank you Waves of Capri and especially a BIG thank you to Enzo for making a memory for us that will last a lifetime.

Outstanding tour and tour guide. Enzo is very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we saw all the major attractions while telling us the history of Capri. He stopped and let us swim twice. Very accommodating. The Blue Grotto was closed the day we went. If it’s closed when you go, there are still plenty of other caves that Enzo will take you in that have beautiful blue, glowing water...and you won’t have to wait in a long line or pay extra to board a little boat. You can even swim in one of the caves Enzo takes you to. We were able to around the entire island in 3 hours.

We had a terrible experience both with the tour company and the customer derived from Viator. I was completely shocked at how awful it was to get a resolution after our tour guide never showed up. It was awful.

this was a good trip but buyer beware. The pickup was weird, as Enzo stopped for coffee and then we walked a half mile to the boat, where there were only warm ice packs and weird open waters in the cooler. There was no time for the blue grotto and Enzo said that it wasnt possible to do in the 3 hour tour which was misleading from the posting. But we had a nice ride with Enzo, even though he didn't speak much english.
