Turkıye Balloons Standart Flight

We took a hot air balloon ride with Türkiye Ballons this morning and we were very happy with the whole experience. We got picked up and went to our hot air balloon, they had already started the whole process. It was just amazing, slowly going up in the air, being able to see Cappadocia from above was just phenomenal. The team was great, very happy to help you out, and very nice. Absolutely great experience, beautiful views, very experienced captain, made sure that everyone was able to see all the views and sunrise, super skilled and soft landing on the back of a trailer. A bit pricey, but would do it again.

It was beautiful! The weather cooperated, a fiery sunrise, perfect takeoff and landing. Our pilot, Suleyman, was very nice and very experienced: we flew high and low, and the landing was a mastery of precision. Really enjoyed it!

Lovely views, safe flight, incredible experience. Good communication beforehand to schedule pickup time, and very responsive when the driver was running a bit late. The balloon flight itself was about 50 minutes. There are between 3-4 people in each section of the balloon, and as it keeps rotating you always manage to get a great view. Yes they try to sell you the video but they aren’t pushy about it. Do make sure you book your first morning you’re in Cappadocia - I was lucky that balloons were flying the day I booked, as the prior two days they were grounded.

An absolutely incredible experience — one of the true highlights of my trip to Cappadocia. I booked the standard 1-hour flight through Türkiye Balloons, with an early pickup from the Aydinli Cave Hotel around 5:15am, and the whole operation was smooth from start to finish. Communication ahead of time was clear and responsive — they confirmed pickup details the night before and were right on time. The minibus took us to the launch area, and once the team got clearance from the authorities, we were up in the air watching the sunrise over Goreme National Park. There's really nothing quite like drifting silently over the fairy chimneys and valleys of Cappadocia as the early morning light hits the rock formations — photos don't do it justice. What really made the flight stand out was the pilot's skill. The control and precision he showed maneuvering the balloon — adjusting altitude to get us close to the rock formations at just the right moments, then smoothly rising back up — was genuinely impressive. It's clear these pilots are true professionals who fly this route constantly and know exactly what they're doing. I felt completely safe the entire time, even during the more dramatic dips and rises, which says a lot given how exposed you feel in a balloon basket. My only small note is that the pilot had a fairly strong accent, which made it a little difficult to catch everything he was saying over the wind and burner noise. It didn't take away from the experience at all, but a bit more amplification or slightly slower delivery during the safety briefing might help other guests who aren't used to the accent. Beyond that, everything about this was fantastic. The service was excellent from booking through pickup, the flight itself was smooth and safe, and the views over Cappadocia at sunrise are something I'll remember for a long time. About 2.5 hours total door-to-door for a 1-hour flight, and every bit of it worth it. If you're visiting Cappadocia, this is not something to skip. Highly recommend Türkiye Balloons for anyone looking for a well-run, safe, and genuinely magical hot air balloon experience.

I recommend using WhatsApp for communication after booking, it was always clear and quick responses. They made the experience worth waking up at 3:30AM for the sunrise ride 🌞

I booked two flights in advance with Turkey Balloons, which SEEMED to be a reliable airline, but turned out to be a BIG SCAM. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the flights were canceled. I had to leave Cappadocia the next day, and unfortunately, I couldn't postpone the flight. However, I was reassured because the cancellation policy provided for refunds in these cases. Not only did they NOT REFUND ME ANYTHING, but they IGNORED our calls and messages asking for a refund. We are truly DISAPPOINTED with this airline. DO NOT TRUST Turkey Balloons and CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY, CERTAINLY MORE RELIABLE!!!

I am incredibly pleased with this tour. The communication started the day before to schedule everything and explain. The hotel pick up was right on time, the van was roomy and clean. The crew setting up the balloon was well organized and prepared. They gave us each a bag with drinks and snacks. The basket had 8 compartments besides the pilots in the middle. They explained points of interest and even made some cute videos. I definitely recommend.

It was my first time flying in a hot air balloon and the flight experience was absolutely spectacular. Berkant was our hot air balloon pilot and he landed us safely. Upon arrival to the balloon site, we were greeted with bags that had water, juice and something to eat and after the flight we were awarded with certificates and had celebratory drinks. The sunrise views in the sky were very beautiful.

Balloon ride was cancelled due to weather, which was understandable. However, my understanding was that the tour company would at least assist us in booking alternative flights in the next days. Alas, I didn't even get a courtesy of a response from the operator. Just told me the ride was cancelled and then radio silence when I asked them what my alternative options for rebooking would be

It’s always hard choosing which service to book when there’s so many that do it, but I’m glad I went with Türkiye Balloons. They made everything easy with the pick up and drop off at hotel. They reached out the day before to confirm pick up time and location. All around very professional. Tour guide was fun and you could tell he loves is job, that’s always a good sign. The crew works hard to get you in the air and back on land safely. I was very appreciative of this experience.

I booked 2 flights with TURKIYE balloons directly this June. I enjoyed both adventures very much! We were very lucky with the wind both times. One day the wind took us towards Goreme, another - towards Cavusin castle and past love valley! Both times pilots did an amazing job! We did hard landing directly to the ground, which I really enjoyed, on my first flight, and onto a special carriage on my next flight. Sadly, I didn’t catch the name on the first pilot. I flew with Bekir yesterday. Thanks a lot guys for your amazing skills and making it safe, affordable and fun! Yesterday was my fifth flight in Cappadocia in the past 3-4 years and 3 of them were with the TURKIYE balloons. When I am back I will definitely fly with you guys again! Thanks so much!
