The driver did not arrive to pick me up at the scheduled time; I continued to wait, but no one responded to my calls. The vehicle finally arrived, but I reached the airport very close to my flight time; they caused me unnecessary stress.
I think the driver must have been a retired F1 driver; otherwise, I don’t see any reason for him to be driving this fast. The fact that a shuttle vehicle travels at such high speeds should be monitored; instead of speeding, the pickup times could have been set earlier. In general, you should not use shuttles in Cappadocia.

Driver was on time but it took more than 45 minutes to gather other passengers. By the time reached accommodation it took 2 hours.
Very unprofessional and unreliable. The individual arrived late to pick us up at our hotel. The flight take off time was at 0830 and the driver was still picking up passengers at 0700. We did not make it to the airport until 0725. Would not recommend to book with them.
I made a reservation because the service was affordable priced, but I was very tense until it was over. I received a notification shortly before the scheduled pickup time stating that my pickup time had changed, and we drove very fast to make the flight.
Booked a two way transfer. Pick up from hotel was fine, car did not show to take me to the airport the next night. Very unhappy customer.

Easy to book, reasonable price although likely more expensive than local prices would be. A few things to note from the transfer from the airport to our hotel: the driver left the boot of the minibus open for quite a few minutes leading to our luggage being sprayed with sprinklers. While the majority were trying to sleep (flight came in around 3am) driver played music that was unreasonably loud. On a positive note, we did arrive at the expected time. RETURN TRANSFER: received a message after booking asking us to be promptly ready for a 13:15 pick up at our hotel. We received no further communication regarding this and on the day we had to message and call the provider directly to ask for an update since the bus was late by at least 25 minutes. They replied saying the driver was on his way and had been delayed due to an operational issue (given the fact the provider was located a couple minutes away from our hotel, we felt that it may have been forgotten about). This led to both the passengers and drivers feeling stressed. As a result of the lateness of being picked up and a road closure (out of their control but the driver wasn't using GPS navigation and so took us around on gravel for several minutes) we arrived much later than the recommended 2 hour time at the airport which would have been avoided had they been on time. We then contacted the service to ask if they would be willing to offer compensation as a result of the stress that this caused, and to give them opportunity to avoid this review (worth noting that we had a connecting flight to the UK following this one and couldn't afford to miss it). They did apologise for being late, however the response received was less than satisfactory. It felt that they were guilt tripping us for making this request and the tone was not conciliatory. Their response was to mention that sometimes people are dropped off even an hour before their flight, in essence suggesting that we should be appreciative of the poor service and lack of communication, and that it wasn't worse. There was no goodwill gesture and I would caution people using this service.
I first booked this service online, and they took me to my hotel. For my return trip, I opted for the hotel because I had limited internet access, and they charged me about double the price; I was confused as to why I paid twice as much despite it being the same company. The hotel claimed it was the company's rate, but the experience left me feeling unhappy. 🤔

I arrived on a flight that landed at 20:40, and although I had informed them in advance, there was no one waiting for me at the airport, after that, I received a message saying the driver would arrive in an hour. The journey, which should normally take 1 hour, took almost 3 hours due to the waiting time. No alternative solution was offered; at least I should have been notified beforehand so I could try to find another service. The only good thing was that we hadn't planned anything for the evening; if I had, all my plans might have been ruined.
Excellent transfer service from start to finish. They arrived right on time, everything was very well organized, and the communication was smooth. We also needed to change the hotel for our return transfer, and they handled the change very easily and without any problems. We really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism. Everything went exactly as expected. We would definitely recommend their service. 5/5!
Attention should be paid to product details.The service time was much longer than stated in the product description. Finding the driver at the airport was easy as they kept a list of names, but the journey wasn't comfortable for me. The car had a long floor mat, and it was very dusty; it might be difficult if you have breathing problems like me.
You can't select a specific pickup time, yet there is a section for choosing a time—which is confusing. Also, the arrival time at the airport wasn't convenient for me. If I had known, I wouldn't have made a reservation. Also, the vehicle was not in comfortable condition :/
Arrived on time and still have time for security screening and check in and buying stuff to eat The van arrived at our hotel approximately 5 minutes later than the expected time but the driver is quick, and I can contact the agency via WhatsApp to check on the status of the van. However the storage for luggages are not enough, so luggages are also placed on the floor of the seating area which is quite packed. If you have too much luggages, I will recommend to take the taxi.
Nice van and great option to get from hotel to airport. Only had a few other stops and much cheaper than taxi.

The driver arrived on time and helped me with the luggage we had. The journey was good and we arrived on time at the airport. We found the minibus to be comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was in place to make it a comfortable temperature.

Helios transfers are super efficient and professional. Always on time or early. Always helps with bags. 12 euros per person for a 45 min trip to the airport. Shuttles are very comfortable with charging ports and WiFi.

Great experience. Driver was on time and courteous. I had to contact viator ahead of reservation since my hotel was slightly out of the pick up range, but once it was approved with the operator I made a reservation. You enter your flight times and the operator determines what time you will be picked up. We had 6am pickup for a 9:30am flight departure. It takes approximately 1 hour to drive to the Kayseri airport, so we had plenty of time to check-in and get a bite to eat before boarding. (Bring your own food, the airport food is extremely expensive!)

Excellent, professional company with great communication via email and WhatsApp. My flight arrived much earlier than expected, and while my driver wasn't yet in the area, another driver from Helios kindly allowed me to wait in his Sprinter to keep warm on the cold rainy morning until my driver arrived. It's the little touches like this that make the difference!
It was super easy. The drivers were waiting at the exit with a sign with everone's name they were picking up from the airport. The van was new, clean and had wifi. I got dropped off right at my hotel. They were very professional. Good value for your money and hassle free.
They have someone holding a sign with your name on it right outside as you exit the small airport. Transportation was smooth and our driver was nice and dropped off passengers that they planned along the way. Very convenient to use and great value for transportation in that area.
the bus driver arrived on time and he was polite. The bus was full of people but we didn’t have any problem.
