Amazing experience! Our guide, Çana, was a true local from the Cappadocia region. She even grew up in one of the cave houses, which her grandmother passed down to her!
I thought the pacing of seeing views to shopping was very good - they brought us to see the classic sights as well as a pottery, onyx, and leather store. I will say the stores were definitely touristy, and bargaining skills are a must when buying something.
The vehicle was very good quality, group was only 7, lunch was included, and our guide was knowledgeable and had 15 years experience guiding so I’d say price was worth it!

I booked a red tour+ozkonak underground city. It was clearly mentioned in the itinerary. However, ozkonak was not included as well as other 2 stops but the leather factory with a fashion show and a sweets shop for some reason were included. I personally wasn't interested in either of them. I asked a couple of people from the group and they said they bought a red tour only and paid less. I chose a more expensive option on purpose thinking the ozkonak underground city would be included. Quite disappointing. So it looked like they just put me in a group of red tour. I understand it's a low season and they probably don't have enough people for all the options but it should have been explained and the difference in price should have been refunded.
