Cappadocia Shared Transfer From/to Kayseri Or Nevşehir Airport

Driver arrived late despite we was the first pick up, bus was super cramped, zero leg room, we then drove around for 45 minutes picking up various people, this was to be expected but not for 45 minutes, arrived at the airport 1 hour before the plane was due to take off. Was panicking the whole way that we would miss the flight

This is a shared minibus service for guests from various hotels in Göreme traveling to Kayseri Airport. Pick-up time is confirmed via WhatsApp the day before.

I recommend this activity. The driver was waiting at the airport exit with a list of names and then transferred us to our hotel.

We were picked up in a timely manner. No complaints. Everything went smoothly. Vehicles are so comfortable amd drivers are great. It as a hot day so we were glad to be diven. Easy.

I tried twice to book this transfer from my hotel - Cappadocia Marriott - to the nearby NAV airport. After initial confirmation, the operator cancelled my booking.. Eventually they cited that my hotel was not in their range, even though it was listed in their drop lists. The process wasted a lot of my time. Finally I had to use a local taxi which charged me 5X more of the fares.

Driver did not turn up and left us stranded at Kayseri Airport. The next day, on a tour, two other couples (out of 4 other couples on the tour) said the same thing happened to them in the last couple of days. I can only suggest that you avoid this company.

I waited for 40 minutes after the arranged pick up time for this company to get to the airport and they did not show up! I missed my flight! DO NOT USE!

The vehicle was a new model, the number of passengers in the service was not many, there were 10 people. The driver's driving skills were good, I will use it on the way back as we arrived at the hotel comfortably.

You will get to the airport on time but be mentally prepared for many stops. The driver was using his cell phone often during the trip. A little scary at times

Our driver was waiting for us at the exit gate, it was a nice welcome. He helped us with our luggage, informed us about our hotel and driving distance at the beginning of the journey. The journey was generally very comfortable, easy and effortless transportation. Highly recommended

When I went out, the driver was waiting for me with a list, he helped me with my luggage to the car, the car's heating was working while I was waiting for the other passengers, it was a good idea since the weather was cold, his driving skills are good, the streets of Cappadocia are narrow but it was no problem, I reached the hotel safely, it was a nice road for me

They didn’t pick me up. I contacted them and informed about my flight time changes and they said they wouldn’t pick me up. I asked for a refund and they also denied. The person was extremely rude. Avoid issues, don’t do business with this company.

This was my first time traveling to Cappadocia, and I had booked a shared transfer from Kayseri to Göreme. Unfortunately, just hours before I landed, I received a notification that my reservation had been canceled, with no alternatives provided. While I appreciate that my money was refunded promptly, the lack of communication and last-minute cancellation left me scrambling to find another option on very short notice. Thankfully, I was able to rely on TripAdvisor and other recommendations to find a company that did not cancel on me. I gave 2 stars solely because of the refund, but this experience was disappointing and stressful for a first-time visitor. Better communication and reliability would go a long way in improving the service.

The wait time at the airport is too long (more than 50 minutes) and the driver also stopped by the gas station to fill gas, that took an additional 10 minutes in the trip.

I utilized this company for my transfers to and from the airport. Transfer to the hotel: The driver arrived punctually, holding a sign with my name. He efficiently loaded my luggage and drove me safely to my hotel, making guest drop-offs along the way. Transfer back to the airport: Unfortunately, the return trip was disappointing. The driver made a stop for gas and took a break to smoke a cigarette. His driving was erratic, wrong side of the road to include the middle as he navigated the road while using his phone. He even made a phone call on speaker while driving. This level of professionalism was severely lacking.

Cheap and very convenient service. They are pretty punctual as well, so they will make sure that the pickup time they make will still give you enough convenience time to do checkin and baggage drop at the airport.

Smooth and efficient. The wait at the pickup and drop off wasn’t long, so a great alternative to taxi or private booking.

I contacted the operator as my flight was cancelled at the last minute, they asked for my new flight code and updated my reservation, I got a quick response and it was very kind of them.

Driver dropped us off at a height where we had to walk down to hotel entrance. We had to walk down on the slope, it was snow clad and slippery and we had our luggage with us. Although the car could have easily passed down the slope, the driver refused saying no entry! Very inconsiderate, given the weather condition!

Everything as expected! The Shuttle was already waiting in Front of the Airport for us. It took approx. 1H from the Airport to Göreme.

Friendly driver, very professional! Provide water and wifi. The van is clean and comfy. I ordered two airport transfers. This one(to ASR) is much better. Another one ( from NAV) is OK.

We booked to picu up at Nevshehor Airport anmd take us to Goreme, then the way back on the next day. The first way, from airport to Goreme was a very good service, they were waiting for us at the airport, with names on the list. On the way back, they confirmed the pick-up time, but did not show up. After 20min waiting I texted the company. They promptly explained they had a problem with the original van but forgot to tell us. But they sent another one to pick us up, and we arrived at the airport 1h before the flight. But if I hadnlt reminded them about us, they would not have come and we'd have to pay for a separate taxi, not to lose the flight.

Tried out one way from airport to town and it was great service so decided to use them for the return and standard held up -- prompt, efficient n organised. Also, handled luggage well not rough.

Driver was on time and everything was organized. He also stopped at a gas station for a short break in case you needed to use restroom or buy snacks.

Excellent service. We were awaited by the driver as soon as we exited. Instructions were clear and precise of where to go for collection. Driver was welcoming and very friendly. Absolutely recommend this shuttle service.

Big and comfortable vans. I slept the whole way. They were also on time and accomadating. Even though I was very late because the airline lost my bag, he arranged for another shuttle and was pleasant about it. Remember to connect to the internet and keep your communication open.

It’s a easy way to make your transfer arrangements from airport to hotel, driver was ready on arrival with name placards, easy to find and it took less than 2 mins to get on to bus from Nevşehir airport. 40 mins ride to hotel in goreme. Driver was humble and polite. Would definitely recommend this agency

Be very careful of booking this for overnight flights!! The booking system has a fault where they take your 'EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME AND DATE' as your DEPARTURE date, causing our transfer to be provided on the wrong day. We had a problem when booking this transfer due to the booking system provided by Viator. We put in all details on the viator website - clearly wrote when we wanted to be picked up and on what date (2am, 10th July) with flight number. After texting the shuttle service, they were planning to pick us up on 11th July which came as a complete surprise to us. This caused us to pay £70 in taxi fees which was a big disappointment. We did however use this company on the way back, and the service when everything went smoothly was great, and they were very friendly!

The pick-up time for the return was Scared. The driver picked me up right on time and we arrived at the airport. It was a service that I was satisfied with.
