The early morning wake-up was well worth the effort once you are up for your flight, the take off was so smooth you are just floating up into the sky. We went from ground level to 1000 ft above sea level but were to busy taking it all in to notice, we would recommend this company as they arrange everything was well worth the cost.

We took off at the most amazing valley, called Ihlara and then passed the beautiful caves, saw the biggest mountain of Turkey called Hasandagi, flew over Selime cathedral… and then landed to celebrate with a glass of champagne!! 100% recommended Oh and PS they give you a certificate at the end 😉

We had amazing experience of hot balloon with Duru Balloons, the pilot and co pilot were very experienced and polite. They take us through amazing scenery and very reached over 1000 m, would love to go for ride again.

it's a solo visit to the valley, 60km or 1 hour drive from Goreme, and the scene is good, but we are the only balloon that days, hope in future will have more baloons so the picture will be more amazing.

I was so scared on the way but once I was in the balloon I was so happy because everything was explained and we were taken care of. Feel so happy I did this and its all down to the balloon company for their fantastic service. Thank you.

The pilot was experienced and friendly, explaining the route and pointing out key landmarks, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The views were breathtaking, with valleys, rock formations, and endless scenery that felt almost unreal. The ride itself was very smooth, and I felt completely safe throughout. The landing was gentle, followed by a small celebration that added a nice touch to the overall experience. If you’re visiting, this is something you absolutely shouldn’t miss. It’s worth waking up early for and worth every penny. Highly recommended!

After a few days of cancellations due to the weather, I finally got the chance to experience a hot air balloon ride in Ihlara Valley—and it was absolutely worth the wait! Although it’s not the famous Göreme with hundreds of balloons, the experience felt even more peaceful and personal. There were only a few balloons in the sky, which made it feel calm, exclusive, and truly special. The views were completely different from what you usually see in Cappadocia. Instead of fairy chimneys, we floated above a stunning canyon with greenery and a river running through it. It was such a unique perspective and honestly made the experience feel more intimate. The whole organization was smooth—from early pickup to the flight itself. The team was professional, and safety was clearly a priority. Even though I originally hoped for Göreme, I’m so happy I didn’t cancel and miss this opportunity. If your balloon in Göreme gets canceled, don’t hesitate to consider Ihlara Valley. It may not be the typical postcard view, but it’s a beautiful and memorable experience in its own way. Highly recommended for those who want something a little different and less crowded!

It was such a great experience! From the beginning till the end. We were scared at first but the pilot and staff at this company were so professional and friendly. And if you are afraid of heights a tips for you. Just be in the middle nearer to the pilot and don't look down! Its best to be in a group I promise you, you will have a great time. Reminder if you are taking selfies please wear a lanyard for your phone/devices. And please wear warmer clothes otherwise you will freeze to death! I would recommend this company to all!
