We had a great experience with this company. The pickup was very prompt, as were their instructions. The flight was beautiful, and the pilot was very good and friendly. He took us in the hot air balloon literally right into the middle of the canyon's rock formations! It was thrilling. The only small flaw was that there were only three hot air balloons flying. The toast at the end was fun.

The pilot was experienced and the landing was exceptional: quiet and precise. There's a small breakfast (juice & a sweet). Timing with the sunrise was perfect. Bare in mind that there aren't any other balloons in the sky in this valley, it's a more intimate experience. The view is good. Done it with our kid and he had a lot of fun.

Well organized, picked up on time, stunning views, enjoyed every second and the landing was very smooth.

This was an unforgettable experience. I saw the sunrise above the incredible volcanic rocks of Cappadocia. The staff was attentive and very professional. I was especially impressed with their handling of the hot air balloon which they did very skillfully.

Because we booked our trip in early june, we had booked Cat Valley, but ultimately we were "upgraded" to the ballons at Goreme which are typically much more expensive. This is a totally worthwhile experience and not to be missed for any age! You can read more about those who might suffer from vertigo or scared of heights - because you really don't feel any of these on a ballon! These companies are super professional and extremely organized. The whole town seems to revolve around these ballots so that at 3:30am there is termendous movement all over with mini buses picking up their passengers from every hotel. They were super on-time and very organized. The pilots are very experienced and the landing is just great where they aim right for the pick-up trailer and can put down in very exact locations. Don't miss this experience at any price!

A truly amazing experience with a friendly pilot. Basket held around 15 people. Picked up and dropped off at hotel on time. Flew over **Çat Valley** - note this balloon flight does NOT fly over Göreme (i.e. the fairy chimneys with the numerous other balloons). However, it was priced cheaper than those in the centre and was a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. Non-alcoholic ‘bubbly’ and certificate after flight to celebrate.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Skyway. They picked us up right on time, the pilot was very professional and friendly. It was less expensive than other balloon operators and the views were spectacular.

The communication was precise and timely, the tour operator pickup was ontime, breakfast, and after flight drink was a good touch but more importantly, the balloon ride experience was fantastic with a pilot who had a great sense of humour and adventure. He kept the group informed with the speed, altitude as well as the info on the valley, and the landing was perfect too.

The hot air balloon ride with Skyway Travel was the highlight of our trip to Cappadocia and an absolute must-do when visiting the region. The price was much more affordable than other companies, yet the experience was outstanding. We were promptly picked up from our hotel and provided water, juice, and a snack before the flight. The ride itself was magical, not rushed, and incredibly well organised. Everything felt safe and professional, and the views were breathtaking. The high-quality certificate at the end was a lovely touch to remember the experience!

The booking process was hassle free. The hot air ballon pilots and stafs were friendly and skillful. The experience was great and fantastic! Highly recommended.

The pilot chose a rocky sloping hill to land and lost control of the balloon therefore we crash landed. Our basket was dragged along its side in free fall and we hit the rocks 7 or 8 times before finally coming to a stop in a wedge of rocks at the bottom of the valley. This experience was terrible from the moment we were picked up in a broken van with a crack down the windshield and a broken handbrake which kept losing grip when parked on a steep hill. The van driver was speeding the whole journey driving one handed with a phone to his ear until the brakes skidded on a hairpin bend and the Turkish speaking guests had to shout at him to slow down. No staff spoke a word to us to explain the experience or give any kind of introduction until we got inside the balloon almost 3 hours after being picked up and the captain finally introduced himself. There was no champagne party or flight certificate due to the crash landing. I complained and the Viator customer agent said the balloon tours “don’t give refunds” but he seemed genuinely sorry for our experience, took full responsibility and offered a partial refund and complimentary experience. However, I cannot recommend this company for this flight experience. This company is contracted by Skyway, a well rated company, so I expected there to be a minimum safety and quality check however they completely failed. It ruined the balloon experience which we had been looking forward to all week and I heard from other tourists over the week that the other companies are much better.

One of the most terrifying experiences of our family’s life. We had a very hard landing that sent us careening off a cliff. While no serious injuries were sustained every passenger was either screaming or crying by the end of the ride. My Dad is now having bad back pain that will alter the rest of our trip in Turkey. After the crash we were rushed to the van and not even given an apology or anything. They seemed more concerned about the missing tablet than their passengers. Then, on our ride back the driver was driving incredibly fast and erratically. He was told to slow down in several different languages including Turkish, but didn’t comply. We were expecting some sort of phone call from the company or something, but received nothing. If you enjoy putting your life at risk, go for it, but otherwise I would stay far away!!!

Great coordination with the company and flexibility for rescheduling due to weather conditions. Excellent pilot and pleasant flight. The landing was safe and risk free.

I loved the experience! The team (Sabri, Ayden, and Farik) was very punctual, trained, and attentive. They were always in communication.

It seems about 100 balloons fly in the main area every morning, but only a few balloons (around 5 to 6) are allowed to fly around this Cat Valley area per day. We chose this one because we wanted to prioritize the view from the balloon cluster and the price was reasonable. The luxurious flight, where I could enjoy the magnificent view of nature and the morning sun spreading 360 degrees in a calm, spacious morning without obstruction from other balloons or unnecessary noise, was very romantic and wonderful! The balloon crew members were also fun and friendly, and we were able to enjoy the extraordinary scenery in a time that felt like a family across nations.

Unforgettable experience and a dream come true. They picked us up at the hotel at the scheduled time, took us for a small breakfast while we waited for confirmation that we could fly, and we boarded at the perfect time to see the sunrise, with the entire sky filled with balloons and wonderful views. The staff was fun, friendly, and helpful from start to finish, magnificent landing, they gave us a glass of champagne and the flight diploma at the end, and they took us back to the hotel. The photos they take are inexpensive, €6 with a souvenir frame. We recommend it 200%

If you want a balloon experience in Cappadocia without the crowds of Goreme, this is perfect. Cheaper and they pick you up at the hotel, highly recommended!!

It has been an experience like few others. I'm not doing many experiences but you can't miss this one. The height 200 0 m and then next to the red valley. One pass. Not bad price and very friendly. Fly with them without thinking.

Habían solo 4 globos ese día, y nosotros casi nos estrellados, ciertamente creo que estuvimos muy cerca de un accidente catastrófico, creo que hubo falta de experiencia, y el piloto del globo tan siquiera se disculpó..Por otro lado el chófer del bus que nos llevó iba a toda velocidad, en 2 ocasiones en curvas peligrosas estuvimos a punto de volcarnos..Es increíble que una empresa tan seria como Viator haya subcontratado a esta gente..Yo recibe las pruebas necesarias, pues estoy sopesando plantear un reclamo más formal..

We had a seamless experience that we can fully trust when we contacted the bubble site across the web. As we arrived on our own, Göreme picked up a shuttle from the bus and took us to the flight point. Or pick up at the hotel. We took our flight through the duck balloons airline. While we didn’t really mean it, we had a very good experience. 😊
