The tour guides took good care of me, the driver picked me up from the hotel, drove to the drop-off point where the guides were waiting for the next stage. The balloon ride was amazing and the scenery was stunning.

My trip was cancelled 2 days in a row due to weather conditions and then 3 rd day that I didn’t book, wasn’t fault of operato er, but was very disappointed

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, including coming back to the hotel to pick us up when we missed the first van. Our pilot was very skilled and we felt safe the entire time. It is an experience not to miss.

Remarkable experience on the hot air balloon overlooking the valleys in Cappadocia... Definitely pick the sunrise cause the view is astonishing.

The website advertises the trip at USD100 per person but when you click to book the price soars. We ended up paying over USD 250 per person. The actual trip however was well organised. The van collected us on time from our hotel and we arrived at the launch site in plenty of time to watch the balloons being set up and inflated. The balloon ride itself was a greet experience over Cappadocia and the pilot is well skilled to make the most of the time in the air. The total duration from collection at the hotel to drop of back at the hotel is 2 hours, I think the flight time is around 40 minutes. Don't forget to take some cash to tip the team

My wife and I were afraid of high but the pilot was excellent navigating the air balloon. We were amazed by the beautiful sight. We loved it!

Great time. Great crew. Easy pick up drop off. Amazing views of the valleys. Bring warm clothing. Dont drink too much before pick up bc there is no bathroom. The flight is an hour-ish

Fantastic. It was my wife's 65th birthday. This was the highlight of our trip and I'd recommend it to anyone. Any age. A tip, try to get a corner area in the balloon basket for best photo shots.

Wow an amazing experience that we will not forget, the views from 1000m+ are out of this world. The best time of the year is August to reduce the chances of cancellation. Recommended for anyone including those that have fear of heights as the experience is phenomenonal.

It was first time in hot air balloon so it was OK but misinformation as on the advertisement it said 3 valleys ,but they took to the worst which soganli valley. There were only grassland to see . Not interesting ,not adventerous, no thrill, it was waste of time, money and energy early in the morning . Didn't expect this

fantastic experience, went over Goreme valley, went up to 1000feet, calm, wasn't even cold, lasted about 45 min I would say and its enough. Great pilot, he landed on the back of a pick up truck, pretty impressive when I saw others drags hard. beautiful views, was also the cheapest and saw the same for the other balloons that were more expensive.

Amazing, well organised. Views are spectacular. Lovely staff. It is a must as it is breathtaking. Picked up on time although early morning to get the best views of the sunrise, light breakfast with a drink was provided.

We were aware there was the possibility we wouldn’t be flying over Göreme but this wasn’t an issue for us, we had already seen the fairy chimneys on foot. We arrived at a cafe for a quick tea and a snack then were off to the balloon site. Everything was very professional and the flight itself was incredible. There were 15 other balloons flying too which made it even more magical. The flight was finished off with a non-alcoholic drink before being dropped back at our hotel. Honestly we couldn’t fault this trip! Considering the amount that was being charged in the village for these flights, this is a bargain! You won’t regret it.

This is one unique and unforgettable experience. To actually experience is incomparable to looking at the pictures. The tour company was very professional and punctual with the tour. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately this was an absolute scam, I wanted to be sure before writing the review about what happened. We booked this ride online and by Sunday afternoon (around 5pm) as we were not receiving any information from the agency, we contacted them, once on the phone with them they asked "You booked on Tripadvisor, right?" once we said yes they said all flights were cancelled for that day. As we had some days ahead we thought that was Ok and could reschedule, however they said that wasn't an option with them. Once we arrived to our hotel we asked for flights on the day "ours was cancelled" and they informed that indeed flights were happening (Monday 13/05) so we at least had the option to get up early to see other balloons take off that day, and I may add that the sky was full of them. I was happy that the price was lower than other options, but I fear they just sold the reservations at a higher price for tourists that asked in the agency itself. I'm not saying don't fly with this agency, just don't book with them online. I also had an issue with the refund amount were it's claimed to be refunded fully but there is a difference in the amount that can't be explained by anyone.
